I think updating old deck techs is a great idea! Old decks are getting overshadowed by new commanders, even though new sets have great synergies with old commanders too!
i love seeing content like this, showing love to your decks buy updating them. i for one have trouble upgrading some of my decks, sometimes i want to add certian cards, but it may change what i want the deck to do. and there are certian cards that i could use to upgrade my decks but i have trouble weighing my pros and cons with each card. so seeing you show us what you changed and why, thats awesome content for people like me. very enjoyable.
So I’ve played the original list (and my update) too. I have *never* benefitted from casting the commander on 3 mana. He comes down as a scary 3/1? 🙄 My playgroup laughs, deals 1 to it and he now costs 5.
Do spare the “if card 1 + 2 + 3” scenarios that can come up where you approach into the commander on an accelerated rate. Indo costs 3 in this deck but he really is a turn 4-6 cast to come down strong.
Turn 1 mountain, or fetch and pass. No need to pull land out of the deck before you draw for lands. No t2 play you can’t already do (by fetching a shock, tomb in this example) if you drew into say a technomancer. After seeing the hand, called it and you did get saved lol.
I do like the video. The reasoning for each card going in/out is my favorite part.

I honestly would love to see those Loot storm decks you talked about when you did him when he came out because right now 90% of the Loot decks in moxfield are just the landfall deck you came up with

Casual deck casually is $1k+…lol what?
Well, it isn't really a budget casual. But since it's not a CEDH deck it's classified as a casual deck, though if your playgroup is alright with it you can always just proxy it.
