To harp on the hydration, it's not just hydration when you're thirsty. Drink plenty of fluids that contain potassium sodium and definitely magnesium. If you still feel like you're not recovering or cramping heavy, magnesium glycinate capsules are the way to go. Saved me from cramping out the day before my competition.
Also eat well and eat right. Healthy complex carbs, proteins, and fats. Limit junk food, especially if you're weight cutting. Protein builds the muscle that you break so don't neglect clean eating.

Honestly, if your not taking at least a day to recover. I would just do a full body stretch. Stretching will do a lot more for your performance than to just keep pushing your body.
