    I do not know why you did not mention the name of Somalia, but we Somalis are the ones who spread peace in Africa through the Islamic sultanates, and we thank God for the great history that we have and we will return as we were 💪

    Salaam alaykum brother,
    I really appreciate your referencing Chapter and Verse as most neglect it on You Tube. I lived in Egypt studying Quran and Arabic 20 years.
    You have a unique ability to understand from so many perspectives, not only as a scholar and an African American raised in BOSTON (like me, Arlington MA), but as a grounded believer in Tawheed..the difference shows.
    May Allah give you the opportunity to be the role model we all need..not just the youth.اللهم بارك

      The UNESCO world heritage site jugol wall of Harar was built by a Somali emir and ruler called Nur ibn Mujahid, his tomb is also still in Harar..he was the successor of Ahmed ibrahim al Ghazi in leading the muslim armies ..he was the man who built that impressive wall surrounding Harar..he was from the Somali Marehan sub clan of the Darod clan family

    • @hassanabdikarimmohamed2505
      @hassanabdikarimmohamed2505 3 года назад +1

      @Hassan issack yemenis ? If Somalis were yemeni we wouldnt carry the highest frequency of E1b1b y dna in the world nor would or language be classified by lingusitic experts as Cushitic ..also the Adal sultanate was predominantly Somali.. the original capital of Zeila was Somali..the tuling walasham royal family were of Somali origin and even the Harar jugo wall was constructed by the famous Somali ruler Nur ibn Mujahid

      @Hassan issack you idiot the Habesha erhiopians claim to be from Solomon who we know was an Israelite king, yet they are also e1b1b😂😂
      It doesnt matter what post islamic myths the Darod have, DNA studies carried out on Darod males across the western world and Somalia, by well known leading academics, proves Darod have over 90 percent of their y dna ancestry as E1b1b
      We are in the age of advanced scientific technology where a person's entire autosomal dna and y dna can be analysed easily, the fact that you tried to use clan mythologies shows how unsubstantiated and erroneous your assertion is..by your logic the the millions of people that claim to be of Hashemite origin and call themselves as Sayyida in india Pakistan and bangladesh are actually from the Hashemite clan of Quraysh.. yet dna studies prove they dont even have any arab y dna such as haplogroup j rather they have y dna haplogroups that cluster with other indian pakistani and Bangladeshi groups 😂😂
      As I said before.. Darod dont even claim to be any type of arab, they claim to be Hqshemite Ahlul Bayt meaning from the household of the prophet meaning from the Banu Hashim clan of the Quraysh tribe, yet Darod males in all the generic studies carry over 90 percent E1b1b y dna specifically the ev32 sub clade which is found in all Somali clans..your argument is extremely idiotic ..next time come with some lingusitic genetic evidence not clan mythologies which have been long debunked by genetic academic scholars

    • @hassanabdikarimmohamed2505
      @hassanabdikarimmohamed2505 3 года назад

      @Hassan issack also there isnt a Jeberti tribe in yemen 😂😂the Jaberti are the Darod in Somalia and the muslim Tigre in eritrea who call themselevs Jaberti..go read some books around the history of this name..it comes from the ancient, now abandoned city of Jabarta which is in northern Somalia and was an early centre of Islam, the Jabarti name was associated with early Somali muslims from the 9th century onwards
      As I said before, anyone can claim fabricayed origins..The Amhara and Tigray claim to be from Solomon and the Queen of Sheba so basically an israelite and an Old South Arabian tribe called Sabeans, yet they carry 70 percent E1b1b y dna and only receive small arab dna less than 2000 years ago when they were conquered by yemen for a period ..if they were completely from Solomon and Sheba they'd have over 70 percent haplogroup j but they dont
      The millions of people who claim to be of Hashemite arab origin in south east asia all carry non arabic dna related to other south east asians
      Genetic studies on Darod males prove we carry over 90 percent E1b1b..I even did my dna test and got the same results..so keep repeating fabricated clan myths whereas the generic evidence proves we are ancient Cushitic Somalis
      Anyways I wonr continue discussing Somali history with an insignificant primitive laangaab who hides his ethnic group our of shame.. the ironic thing is Somalis (including the Darod clan) have more land, a better culture, a more ancient history, and more influence than whatever petty tribe you are

  • @hassanabdikarimmohamed2505

    This guy intentionally tried to diminish the contribution of northern and southern Somalis to the spread of islam..the Harar jugol wall he spoke about was built by the Somali Emir Nur ibn Mujahid Al Dhuhi Suha whose tomb is in Harar
    The wars with Ethiopia were led by the Somali dominated and Somali royal family led Sultanates of Ifat and Sultanate of Adal

    • @publicenemy1212
      @publicenemy1212 3 года назад

      Hassan Abdikarim Mohamed I think his just using the sources that are widely available. Not much history has been recorded by Somali people. Plus the first Muslims came into contact with Ethiopians first.

    • @hassanabdikarimmohamed2505
      @hassanabdikarimmohamed2505 3 года назад +3

      @@publicenemy1212 yes first muslims came into contact with northern ethiopians but they also came into contact with Somalis whose borders to this day cover all of easter ethiopia, also the northern Somali coastal town of Zeila had a mosque with two prayer directions one facing mecca and another facing jerusalem..this mosque is dated to the 7th century and is the only mosque outside of saudi arabia with a prayer direction tower that faces jerusalem..this proves this mosque was built in the early few years of islam when muslims still prayed towards Jerusalem before the prophet pbuh went to heaven in Isra wal miraj

    • @hassanabdikarimmohamed2505
      @hassanabdikarimmohamed2505 3 года назад +3

      @@publicenemy1212 also there is a lot of evidence about the crucial role Somali kingdoms played in protecting islam..arab, ottoman, portuguese, Harari manuscripts and even Ethiopian sources and modern european sources all prove that the most powerful Muslim kingdoms I'm the horn from the 1200s till the 1700s were Somali dominated kingdoms, whose royal families were Somali, majority of population and army were also Somali
      A lot of history has been written about the Somali Sultanate of Ifat and Sultanate of Adal..they both had the same royal family called Walashma, their early headquarters was the Somali city of Zeila, and most of their army came from Somali clans as the Futuh Al Habasha book proves
      Even academic scholars all say that these two kingdoms were the most powerful muslim kingdoms in the horn that always fought against ethiopian empire
      These kingdoms were multi ethnic with different Muslim Cushitic tribes but the royal family and majority population was Somali
      So Somalis did infact protect Islam In the horn for nearly 600 years...in fact the only reason Islam still exists in the horn is due to Somalis and their 500 years of constant tit for tat war against the ethiopian empire from the Sultanate of Ifat to its successor kingdom the Adal Sultanate, to the Emirate of Harar under Nur ibn Mujahid ....even the Harar wall was built by a Somali ruler Nur ibn Mujahid

    • @hassanabdikarimmohamed2505
      @hassanabdikarimmohamed2505 3 года назад +3

      @@publicenemy1212 famous aran historians and geographers from the 9th till 15th centuries all documented the Somali kingdoms of Ifat sultanate and Adal sultanate ..they mentioned these kingdoms were the most powerful muslim states in the horn and main enemies of the Ethiopian empire ..there r ottoman sources..Portuguese sources who were defeated by the Adal Sultanate..basically when knew talks about islam in the horn..if one leaves out Somalis who had the 2 most powerful islamic kingdoms in this region..then it shows a deliberate bias
      Our history is recorded by multiple sources
      Our kingdoms were the only reason muslims still exist in the horn

    • @hassanabdikarimmohamed2505
      @hassanabdikarimmohamed2505 3 года назад

      @Hassan issack it hasn't been dedicated to arabs we k ow our history the Futuh Al Habasha clearly mentions all of the Somali clans who made up the majority of the Adal sultanate armies..multiple medieval european and arab sources such as Leo Africanus and Ibn hawqal clearly mention the Adal sultanate was a Somali kingdom in the country of Zeila again which meant land of muslims ruled by Somalis
      You are clearly either an irrelevant Oromo or something of that nature. .there us nothing called arab religion.. there is islam which Somalis accepted in the 7th century as the evidence is the Masjid Al Qiblatayn mosque in Zeila whoch has a prayer direction facing jerusalem and is dated to the 7th century ...Somalis accepted islam out of their own volition through the efforts of Somali scholars such as Yusuf Al Kownayn ..Islam is not fake it's the correct religion.. go preach your nonsense elsewhere you degenerate pagan
