I'm still confused about the nature of Lester's wound as a plot-device. Initially I thought it was going to be the big thing that gave it all away, but then I heard somebody compare him constantly checking it to Lady Macbeth constantly washing her hands, which makes me think that it could just be there purely to remind him that he's guilty, to prevent him believing his own lie and keeping him on edge.
billy bob thornton has such a mixed bag of a career high moments like Sling Blade and Bandits and i suppose The Man Who Wasnt there and there are lot of movies of his i wouldnt even bother seeing but he is so good in this
Indigocell Breaking Bad solidified that thought to me. It's ok to be human and cheer for the underdog even though he may handle himself poorly. there's something sexy in the flaw, something real.
The thing that is really killing it for me is that the actress who plays Molly has the exact same vocal cadence, and sounds EXACTLY like Ellen DeGeneres!
On imdb, the commenters have probably figured out the money being blackmailed about, and the link to the movie. The huge painting of a red ice scraper in the supermarket King's office; such a scraper was used by the Buscemi character to mark the money he stashed in the ditch, which he never got to go back for.
You totally forgot about the Sioux Falls thing that went on between Keith Carradine and the Lt. from Colin Hanks' police department. Pretty sure Keith Carradine is behind some sort of shady material/possible twist.
Have they had no life experience with deaf people? I thought their comments about the deaf hitman more than just a little off the mark into the realm of insulting. Maybe I'm over sensitive about that but...
I find the Molly character incredibly annoying, especially because it's obvious we're supposed to like her and root for her. We're supposed to think she's clever when she acts in such stupid obvious ways. The most sympathetic characters are Lester and the Colin Hanks character, which has a lot to do with the quality of the acting.
rayjayo Oh yeah, minor distinction. Somehow I read that as "acts in such stupid, obvious ways" with a comma, implying both stupid and obvious. Doh! Anyway, I still gotta say I disagree. So she acts clever in obvious ways... doesn't that just mean she's obviously clever? What's so annoying about that?
Well, that's kinda the whole idea, dude. Just like Jerry and Marge from the movie, it's who you WANT to support vs the person you KNOW you should support. Also, considering everything she's done so far, her acting is pretty solid, the only reason I'd rate Freeman and Hanks higher is because they've had the opportunities to show more range than she has.
two things 1) Saul(can't remember his character name) what's with his over protection of Lester? They're not very close, but he seems very adamant about keeping Lester out of it, which seems very strange to me. Maybe he has something to do with it that raises a red flag for me. 2) Lester should know about Doctor/patient confidentiality, so there should be no reason why he can't get it checked out. Now that Lester doesn't have the cops on him or suspecting him, it should relatively easy to get it fixed out. For the love of God at least poor alcohol on it. Yuck
I think bob odenkirk's character is just supposed to be seen as a somewhat meek, incompetent person of authority trying to assert that authority. As far as the wound goes, I'm pretty sure hospitals are legally obligated to call the police when they recognize a gunshot wound.
Saul is just your basic incompetent police chief. He's not actively protecting Bilbo Baggins, he's just got this nice and simple theory (Some drifters did it) which doesn't require him to do any actual work. Bilbo is a pathetic moron in this. Yes, he tried to get some antiseptic for the wound, but fled immediately when approached by a cop. How about trying a different pharmacy?! How about going to the doctor, any doctor, and saying that it's a shotgun wound he got while hunting with his brother?
Finaly! Great review! I'm happy you kept doing Fargo. I was afraid you would not continue.
Allison's acting is very good.

I am glad they continued reviewing Fargo.
Yep, it was always Bactine. 💕

Villains can be protagonists as well. They don't always have to fit into the category of hero or anti-hero.

2 & 3, not 3 & 4

A vast improvement from Mankiewicz . . . in ref to my scathing GoT review of his reviewing skills.
Did you catch the framed red Ice scraper? It's from the original movie! That's how Oliver Platt got his money! He found it! Love the tie in!

Ben's got no laces! I didn't think this guy could get any cooler.
I'm rooting for molly to catch lester at least and for Malvo to do what he does.
2014? I think one of the the intros say 2006?
Yeah, they -- the reviewers -- say the show is clearly set in the past...not the present.
Molly: the character is soooo annoying but the actress is very good
True story of events that took place in 2006

The thumbnail lies.
"Eating The Blame" is episode 4... derp.
At about 6 min: Pretty direct way of killing, yeah right: "qoute episode 6" xD
Finally!
JON!
I kind of stopped watching since they didn't bother to put the third ep on demand.
Pirate it
I agree with John. The scene with gestures were supposed to be funny? It was annoying to say the least.

I gotta say, I respectfully disagree. How has Molly acted stupid?
Keith Johnson
He said "stupid obvious ways" not "stupid ways". Its not stupid but really really obvious.

They're anti-villains.
so much better without alonzo
