Ok OK KIONA!!!!....I just did this salmon for tonight's dinner I forgot the mozzarella but I had everything else you used.I seasoned on top and seasoned inside the cutting of the pocket as well...OMG!!! Kiona this salmon is soo Delicious....I prepared with my own seasonings I used fresh rosemary and basil from my garden.I cooked green beans and smashed some buttered potatoes and added some sour cream. My mouth is dancing with flavor and all this goodness.TFS

@@cookingwithkiona I have always enjoyed fresh herbs.Its just basil,parsley,sage,green onions,rosemary, thyme, oregano.All my herbs are in flower pots so that I don't get overwhelmed.Quick and easy to manage.I love smelling and seeing things grow from a seed.Too add fresh herbs in my foods and teas is always a Necessity for me.Thanks for your reply.
