Hi Ms. Traveler, I’ve been looking at a lot of your videos and doing research. I’m a bit concern because I want to be apart of the foreign service/diplomat career route but do I need to know specifically what I want to do while being a foreign service officer/diplomat
Can people with Autism qualify to become a foreign service officer? I'm interested, but I fear that my disability may disqualify me. Also, thanks for this video.

For all medical related questions, I would visit and consult: www.state.gov/start-here-steps-to-a-medical-clearance/ or contact at diplomat-in-residence: careers.state.gov/connect-with-a-diplomat/ . The medical team looks at your complete medical history and makes a determination. The only way to know, is if you try. Wishing you all the best.
I’m also autistic and I’m looking into becoming a foreign service officer.
I am not a citizen there is any possibility to apply as a diplomat in the US?
