Use silicone release spray or Vaseline on the mould before pouring silicone . The silicone mould will release without tearing

3D printing resin can inhibit curing while casting. Scrub the crap out of the part, nuke it in the curing process and use a lot of mold release. We do this at work and never have issues.
Also we shallow molds like that us can bring the temperature up so resin degasess by it self. Hovering over with a torch or a lighter pops surface bubbles and can bring them up from the inside.

that was really vallejo gold? Was it game color gold?? I was going to buy Montana Chrome Gold to use it for my Iron man and other things. But its sold out everywhere near me and on line..
