    Do you know why mine only goes 20km/h instead of 35km/h as advertised? I can’t seem to fix it and it’s on sports mode.

      I had a similar issue. I had to reinstall the app and that appeared to work and reset the max speed on sport mode. But then I found another issue that I think many are running into. The cruise control activates before you hit the top speed and thus it activates at the current speed. To go faster you have to completely release off the throttle and then go full again. This allowed me to reach the advertised 35km/h every time. Alternatively you can set the activation delay to be longer and thus you will hit the top speed before it activates.

      @@tilox1768 yes it’s on the app. If you click into your scooters settings it will be called “Top speed - Limit”. Once connected to the scooter hit the 3 dots and then the gear icon to access this menu.

    15-20 miles of range? I consistently get 30 miles of range and go high speeds.

      Oh ya that is true. I only weigh 120 lbs which probably causes the extra range. I ride on streets and bike paths.

      The city tyres are tubeless I think but the air has inner tubes
