- There's a reason why this is one of the best selling dual motor scooters out there. It's got power, super smooth, lots of room and well built.

Cant wait to get one of these as a trucker and use it to get around after parking for the day!
Great review!
I love how you overlap footage to show the difference in performance!
Thanks! I thought it looked cool :)
Your off-road scooter videos like the out-storm and the one you did the carnage trail looked like so much fun, I got the Apollo Phantom (dual 1200w motors, quad shocks). I cannot wait to get out there. Love the quality of your content, its near top notch. Great work as a RUclipsr!
I want the Phantom! Looks like a sweet ride! Have fun and thanks for the comment
Just got my ghost, love it. will be adding lots of rides and contenct on my channel. :) happy scootin
Got one of these. I've been riding motorcycles for about 32 years. I have 6 bikes currently, some slow and some 150Hp speed demons.
After riding the Apollo, the first 3 minutes I took a slow spill. Then I went into full send mode in NYC. That's when I $hit my pants.
I've never had a skateboard, scooter, roller blades, etc before therefore I didn't know what to expect. This thing is SCARY fast, considering the small wheels and fast turning, hitting a pothole makes you a Superman and ready for a body cast. For the first week I intent to ride with an armored moto jacket and moto helmet. Taking a spill at almost 40mph is NO FUN, it will hurt.
0:30 "pricshh range"
Love you dude hahaha 💕
Back at cha.. haven't see you post in a while.. welcome back!
Nice scooter man. You are always so helpful. Thanks man.
Thanks, I'm glad someones getting some use out of them lol
Thank you
I like how you do the overlays in your editing. This seems like the best choice for commuting 13 miles with an elevation gain of 652ft and a payload of 215. That includes gear. I am a little nervous about hills, as 15 mph seems slow. They did upgrade the motors to 1000w in the new model, though. What do think? Will this be a wise purchase for what I need? I thought it safe over an e-skateboard.
In my experience, 15 mph up that steep of an incline is fantastic, should even be faster now with the upgraded motor. You really can't go wrong with Apollo, they're known for their quality and have great customer service.
i feeling what the ghost is putting down my man-me
Can you review the Kaabo Mantis V2 and/or Kaabo Mantis Pro SE 24ah 2022 version?
Great review! Any discount codes for the ghost? Thank you!
Thanks and if you use my link, that should knock off $50 IF they haven't already discounted it for the holidays
Wow I def want one of these, where was this video filmed? You didn't mention
It's a sweet ride filmed in Kolob Canyon in southern Utah
Awesome review! What would be the maximum range for this scooter?
Around 30 - 40 miles, depends on how you ride
@@ElectricRevolution 🤩
Hi mate, just picked myself up a Ghost, it was a tough decision between that and the Phantom V2 which came down to A) Price difference and B) I am a scooter virgin. Hoping once experience is had I can save enough for a Nami Burn E (version 5 by then!) Anyway love your content and how you show difference between speeds, etc in your footage, it really helped me to make the right decision for me.
Oh BTW.. can you advise me where in the US 🇺🇸 is the National Park you are riding? Look so scenic, reminds me of home in the outback (just without the hills, valleys and gorges) I wish to return to the US when Covid takes a hike! Loved Yosemite back in 2012, what an epic park.
Cannot wait for my Ghost to arrive, we have just the one distributor here down under running out of Melbourne, I think I am gonna get some looks whist scooting as little to nothing is known here of Apollo Brand even the local Scooter stores Scooter Hut / Crooze, etc here in sunny Queensland had no idea of Apollo when I asked if they could get me in a Ghost or Phantom, such a shame that they are missing out on loads of sales.
Anyway keep up the good work, perhaps come to Aussie Land when you get the chance to ride in the outback or better still the Kimberley area of Western Australia, looks similar to your ride in this clip.
Thanks and glad you liked the review. I've been to Melbourne area about 3 years ago, pretty country. Anyway the place I was riding is called Kolob Canyon in souther utah, it's part of Zions National Park.
Hey man I’m a scooter Virgin lmao how’s the ghost going does it meet expectations
@@mattdee8488 Hi mate, actually I sent it back as it was a bit to fidly with attaching all the bits and bobs to the Handlebar. If I were you I'd grab the newer Apollo City Pro, especially if you live in the northern hemisphere such a shame I cannot get my hands on that till late 2022 or as late as next year due to being in a land down under.
Just a small correction, at 5:21 you said it comes with hydraulic brakes. Those are disk brakes with cable actuation, not to be confused with hydraulic.
Thanks
Dang! I hate when I make mistakes! Good catch!
@@ElectricRevolution I just saw on their website that they offered both options! Easy to confuse, no stress
I was getting 25 mph right bf the battery died which was great for a low battery and top speed I’ve reached 42 so far
Are you getting good range?
In mph?
I have the scooter and I've heard that you can adjust the suspension but I can't seem to find out exactly how. Have you adjusted yours at all?
Try this ruclips.net/video/tbTQcmtexEw/видео.html
@@ElectricRevolution Yeahhh i've seen that one but the phantom suspension system seems different than the ghost. No worries tho, thanks for responding at least :)
What app were you using to. Track your trip? I have been tryinh to find a good one.
Strava is so far a really good app I’m sure there’s more but I’m currently using strava
Map my walk by under armor
Comes with regular manual brakes. Hydrolic are an option.
Do you think 34mph from the Ghost is enough for a rush and to get somewhere in a timely manner ? I’m debating on the Vsett 10+ for this reason and I’m convinced that the Apollo Ghost 34mph top speed is too slow for everyday use. Thoughts?? Feel free to change my mind and save me money
Personally, I think 34 is a good speed for a scooter, that's where my comfort area is and most roads in the city have a 25 - 30 mph speed limit so you could keep up with the flow of traffic
@@ElectricRevolution that makes sense. Thanks!!
My ghost top speed in mode 2 is 33 mph, there is no way that mode 3 is 34mph
@@devonb882 Is 34mph a good speed for you? Any desire to go faster?
Get the Vsett 10 or 10+ & it might be too fast.Very heavy though!💥🤣
Please do the Apollo explore
I'll see if they'll send me one
Why no mention of Nanrobot when talking about market competition?
I haven't tried it so can't speak to it
i would say the varla eagle one is a better option, for the money, you get more range and speed.
How do you know if it is in eco/turbo mode or single/dual mode? Is it displayed anywhere?
There's two buttons so you can see when they're pressed in. I wish the screen would tell ya that info but it doesn't
@@ElectricRevolution I was trying to figure this out, too. If they won't have a visual in the display, they should have a lighted switch when the dual or Turbo mode is engaged.
forget the scooter , where was this video shot..its beautiful
Kolob Canyon in Utah
whats the p settings to increase power level and acceleration on the apollo ghost, i want to know before i receive it since i ordered it and it should come this week
Here's a website that has a bunch of different controller settings on it, the one for this should be in there. electric-scooter.guide/guides/electric-scooter-psettings/
Hi! Do you know if your promo code still works for Apollo? I tried it on their website and it says invalid code. :( Thanks in advance!
Let me reach out and see what's going on
@@ElectricRevolution awesome, thank you!
Do we need license of buying a electric scooter? Bc I trying to get one and still deciding if I can get the "Gotrax GXL V2 Commuting Electric Scooter - 8.5" Air Filled Tires - 15.5MPH & 9-12 Mile Range - Version 2." It only cost like $299.98 on amazon right now and I see some comments from there and some hate it mostly. Pls reply bc I only need it for University instead of walking and sometime in the future.
No licensure or pesky registration required
No you don't
@@Fat_Catt not yet lol
I got ghe Phantom V2 but after learning about the ghost I wish I had got the ghost instead. Dontget me wrong, I love my Phantom muscle scooter but the ghost would be a better fit, I think. It's fast, sexy, and more lighter in weight. Thr price point is definitely better than the Phantom.
My Apollo ghost isn’t working properly. Out of the box I drove it it for like 4 miles and I noticed something the rear motor kept giving up on me and the front motor was fine. And when I put the scooter on single motor mode it doesn’t work at all sometimes which means I have to use dual motor mode for it to move and the rear motor started heating up A LOT
Got a bad apple, these guys are a good brand
Discount code doesn't work. Nice review though.
I got a ghost with 1000w52v motors mine hits 45 mph and this is what was sent to me this scooter is a tank but i need a new bearing anyone know the size of bearing it takes whats the number for it please answer if anyone knows this it has 10x3 tires on it great vid very cool place to ride keep zoooooming on from Austin tx 🙏🙏✌🇺🇸🇺🇸
Quit bragging! haha that sweet, these things are beasts! Not sure what to tell you about the bearing
@@ElectricRevolution yes they are you should be bragging about the great country you live in very cool and yes these scooters are Awesome i wish i had a place like that to ride it is out of this world your very blessed brother and thanks for the reply have a blessed day stay safe ...
@Robert C I asked Apollo about what you said and they said that the manufacturer mad a printing error on a motors. Not sure how true that is, I wonder if there is a way to measure it.
@@lancomedic yhea i asked them as well and they said the same thing but like i said i hitting speeds in the 40s not bragging ok 👍 thanks for your response sir ...
I’d prob try emailing apollo they always answer fairly quick and will tell you exactly what to do
Been using this scooter for over 6 months. Unfortunately the design of the scooter has caused many users who’ve tried the model I’m using to scratch their heads. Seems to be a common issue that it can not stay shut when folded (the mechanism does not latch 99 out of 100 tries). The handle bars are terrible to connect back together when you fold them *be ready to have bloody knuckles*. Replacing a tire tube sadly lead to screws being stripped due to low quality metal. And the standard brake pads will wear out within a month if you plan on riding this in the city. On the positive side of thins…… it has lights beneath the scooter for when you ride with little light, but it does not illuminate in front of you to see where you are going. YES it does have front lights but you will not see much of anything 1 foot (or 0.3 meters) directly in front of you. I would suggest looking into other brands if you plan on spending $1,900 on a daily scooter. It’s sad that even at that price point this scooter is still short of $600 basic Segway scooter when it comes to materials and the simplicity of just folding.
Zero 10 x scotter vs apollo Ghost dual motor ? Cual es mejor opción para comprar ? Gracias .
Haven't tried the Zero but I hear good things, but really can't go wrong with the Ghost, it's a solid scoot
Do you prefer this scooter over the Varla Eagle One? I’m about to pull the trigger on the Varla and wanted to know if this one is better. Thanks!
It's tough, they both are quality scooters. If I had to choose, I'd go with this
@@ElectricRevolution Thanks for getting back to me so quick! I appreciate that. Alright, this one it is! 🙌🏼 Thank you and God bless!
@@ElectricRevolution I'm trying to make the same decision. What puts the Varla over the Ghost in your mind? My biggest concerns are reliability and hill climbing power.
@@lancomedic I'd honestly go with the ghost because they have a history of quality products and maintenance is super easy.. that says a lot, I just changed a flat and was amazed at how fast it was.
@@ElectricRevolution Thanks for the reply and advice.
Seems it's the same as the new bollzen sold in Australia
Never heard of it
You just going to let that sit on the rocks hurt my feelings 😂
lol
That throttle looks quite awkward. Can it be changed to thumb throttle?
Most scooters can, I'd check with Apollo, I prefer the trigger throttle, easier to control
This vs the Cyberbot Mini for a $500 difference??
oooooh that's tough. Cyberbot comes with off road tires, the ghost doesn't. For off roading I'd go with Cyberbot. However I like the shocks on the Ghost better. I'd honestly be happy with either
Is the ghost much better than the city pro?
I like it better, it's faster which is what won me over
Would this be better than the Segway max?
Yeah in every way
👍👍👍👍🙂❤️❤️❤️❤️
I noticed the charging ports are on the side. They get scraped and damaged there very easily. Shame there not recessed
They do a little, all depends on where you ride it, on or off road
What is the App on your phone?
map my walk from under armor
What phone mount do u use
Quad lock : amzn.to/3s0YyBl
Would you want to commute 20km on this everyday?
Oh yeah, easy!
Does it has e-abs system?
No.
Nope
The kaabo mentis has.
WHICH BRAKE SYSTEM SHOULD I GET COMPARE WITH MECHANICAL AND HYDRAULIC?
Hydraulic more effective and less maintenance
Hydraulic all the way
@@angkorempire833 Hydrolic is more expensive to repair & equally complicated for some people.Too many things can go wrong with it.
More complex!🙃💥
Anyone had any bad experiences with the Apollo scooters or nah?? I just want opinions on good electric scooters.
Can this still be purchased?
Of course it can go to Apollo website my scooter should be coming in this week
@@eugeniocurtis6848 are you getting solid tires for yours?
@@HawkLad They come with inner-tubes.
@@HawkLad all Apollo’s scooters have inner tubes but don’t worry though I’ve put literally 115 miles in 2 days and during that time I drove through multiple piles of glass like an idiot and nothing happened
Yes
little more than what i wanna spend but its a no brainer
How tall are you?
5'11
You said it has hydraulic brakes, yet the video shows mechanical/cable brakes.
3:35 Well ummmmm
Cool scooter but those fake painted chrome spokes is toyish looking.
That scooter does not have hydraulic brakes. It does have disc brakes, but you can clearly see the cable on them. Not hydraulic.
Correct, I made a goof
Thanks man for the reply. I was looking at the phantom V2 and the ghost. A heavy rider review has the ghost going up hills almost 3 seconds faster but the V2 has 1200W motors. It doesn’t make sense. Here is the video:
m.ruclips.net/video/fWT_lPSnES0/видео.html
I like the video but there is no way that’s an 18-20% grade. Looked more like 10% max. I ride up a 6% grade at 22mph, and I took it up a 20% just for fun and was going 4mph at the top. 20% is way steeper than the hill in your video
20% incline is absurd steep and many vehicles wouldn't make it up the hill unless crawling. Going down the hill would be a suicide. On public roads and interstates across the US I can't remember seeing anything above 10% and that's steep. a 20% is outright dangerous for any vehicle.
Nope that’s definitely 20% my guy.
Says comes with hydraulic brakes but shows mechanical brakes 😆 @ 5:20
Yes yes it does, I made a goof as you'll find in half the comments haha
First
Looks like cable brakes to me
They are, I made a goof
Your videos are commercial quality You should at least get what you review for free.
Thanks... best compliment ever! And I do get most product for free :)
They charging me $2022.00
DAYUMMMMMMMM
Far too expensive to buy
It's a great buy for the money, if you can't afford it get something you can
Don't forget to mention these things are deathtraps and not legal to use in a lot of places.
Yeah can’t wait to get mine!!! Hell yeah!!
@@lynndonovan4941 When are you getting yours? Mine comes in the middle of next week.
The electric scooters are death traps? Why?
meh..
Did you know that you can literally die from drinking too much water? Did you know people drown every day in the bathtub….Did you know….I could go on and on….There is a thing called personal responsibility….It’s related to Rugged Individualism, which is a product of Common Sense and the Pursuit of Happiness.
What if our forefathers worried about all that COULD go wrong ? What if they sat around, like whiney, lazy little democrats, and complained about silly imagined “injustices” or fake, imagined “privileged” (hard workers) class? Well, you would not be reading this, because your computer or iPhone would not exist…Infact, your scooter would not exist so neither would this video…. To be honest….We’d be stuck in some horrid dystopian nightmare government run disaster….Led by gangster sheisters like Biden, Pelosi and “The Squad.” My point? Stop worrying about stuff and simply apply common sense, foresight and awareness, and you will be fine. Nobody likes a downer and a nag.
A scooter shouldn’t go that fast because if u have to suddenly stop u screwed if car coming behind u is gaining on u and u wipe out u done
Good thing they have both fast and slow. Check my website out if you want to search based on speed
This rice cooker is perfect! I use it only for me ruclips.net/user/postUgkxviiltW7NlHbp_VL_bLbIkbLAvILVhnia and sometimes me and my friend so the small size is really great for counter space since we never need to make all that much. I have been using it now for about 2 months and it still works perfectly. I use it for both rice and vegetables (better for harder vegetables like green beans and carrots, it made my broccoli way too smoosh-y for my taste). It keeps your rice on keep warm automatically which I really like, and I’ve used a few of the settings, flash rice, white rice, brown rice, and steam, and they all work super well for me, although I don’t like smooshy rice so I’ll usually use flash rice. It’s super easy to clean either in dishwasher or hand wash, and it’s pretty easy to get rice out of the grooves by where the container comes out. I assume this one will last me a long time but if I ever need another I will definitely be getting this one again!
True that!
