Finally a live version where the mixing is as powerful as it is in the original song! There's so much instrumental energy missing in other live versions. This is perfect!
Great performance.
Their Coachella first weekend set this year was also pretty awesome.
@@VIDS2013 yes, but I saw it live and some songs had that trouble. Specially Sinner and Nothing Matters. The instrumental mixing felt weak compared to the studio version. This one is very more accurate

That chick with the gold St Vincent guitar is SO EFFING GOOD. I mean, she plays SO TASTEFULLY. It's very unusual. Like listening to one of the top end 70's super-group guitarists at work.

She is a great guitarist. Emily is.
She is classical/jazz trained. She learned contemporary guitar copying Brian May to play in an all female Queen tribute band.

When you reach all the things you dream of when you start playing guitar: get a group, play your own songs, in front of a crowd singing with you and waving their hands. It's a pity Bowie is no longer with us. I could easily imagine him making a collaboration with TLDP. What a great band!!!

How has this only got 130k views? This was this years "Glastonbury Moment". Well it was for me and I had never heard of them! Absolutely brilliant!!!

Peoples tastes are very different and not everybody will feel as you do. Then there's a lot of people, like yourself, who didn't know who they are but also didn't happen by chance to catch their set. So are still oblivious to their existence. Then there are many who don't want to watch them because they don't like what they perceive they stand for, or the amount of hype they've received over the last year. I don't think whether they are any good even comes into the equation with these people.
They are still a very young band with a fast growing fan base, mainly on the back of performances like this. Glad you like them.

I remember a time when social services would be visiting families who brought their young children to such an explicit show.........or at least the venue would be adults only.......and we wonder why kids are so damn profane anymore.. Hey as an adult, yea, they group is very good, I like them, just not for my six year old daughter.
I know they are some negative responses to this performance at Glastonbury but i think this the best moment of this year festival so far and what a performance from last dinner party. Abigail shines here.

Less and less working class or folk that have worked hard to achieve their dream of making it in the arts actually reach any stage. Then you have these lot, very new on the scene, instantly signed to a decent label, serious money put into marketing and already playing on the second biggest stage at glasto off the back of their very first album. Like come on.
