Don't you think that the older generation worked hard so we could retire comfortably. I am sick of paying for everyone else . I am 72 and still working to maintain my house and property. Why should the government collect capital gains on my property when I die. I wanted to leave something for my kids and grandkids so they can get ahead.

In Canada if you’re a tax paying citizen and lose your job and go on EI the max you will get is $2200.00 a month for 4 -5 months, if your newly immigrated and never paid in especially if you are from Ukraine and never paid a tax in this county. Then you receive $3000.00 a month and free housing for 3-5 years off that Canadian taxpayers. So if they get free housing why do they each receive more money than that tax payers. When the tax payers receive max 2200 they still have to pay rent in full and 2200 is not enough. Let’s give all to Ukraine! As that’s Can’t stand Freelands home country!
