Our USCIS approval for K1 fiance visa was on May 21, 2021 after 7months of waiting. Since we got our approval we are waiting NVC case number and MNL# for over two months already. We made a follow up from NVC via phone call and eMail no response yet, me and my fiance are praying and do these follow ups. Some of them are knowledgeable and able to answer your questions. Some are just wasting of your time they don’t know anything. Or live chat with Emma and ask for live person to chat with. My case was approved February 4th 2021, F2b August 1st, 2016. I have not gotten any invoice number from NVC. People who have later or earlier priority dates in the same category have upload documents. I can’t since I have not received my invoice number. This is sooooooo frustrating!!!

I wrote “NA” in all fields of “Middle name” since in our case no one has Middle Name. Also i wrote “NA” in some empty fields which do not need to be filled. I have 2 problems. My daughter’s car has been sitting at NVC for over 1 yr. She’s over 21. How long does it actually take? The other problem is that they spelt her first name wrong. Hello jacob, my wife in amman Jordan and she got documentary qualified from September 28 2020 from that day until October 3 i got 3 pre interview letters which is says that i payed all the fees and she’s documentary qualified and she should wait her interview appointment. So as I know i should receive 1 pre interview letter not 3, what that means when I receive it 3 times and as your knowledge about US embassy in Jordan and nvc how long approximately she should wait untill she get her interview appointment? How about CR1 visa? My husband filed last June 2019 in Nebraska and they transfer to California and now they transfer again to Vermont and we never receive yet the approval from USCIS Office. How was the status from Vermont Service Center?

Hello. I really need your answer. I would like to make sure that i did not make a mistake.
Today i have filled Form I-130 online. I wrote “NA” in all fields of “Middle name” since in our case no one has Middle Name. Also i wrote “NA” in some empty fields which do not need to be filled. There is also written “NA” in our Receipt Notice as Middle Name after the Last name and First name of Petitioner and Beneficiary.
Is “NA” considered a mistake in our case?

I have 2 problems. My daughter’s car has been sitting at NVC for over 1 yr. She’s over 21. How long does it actually take? The other problem is that they spelt her first name wrong. Hi Jacob, is there a way to expedite case like the current visa bulletin for f3 we have been approved for the 1-130 petition since 2009 but until now the visa bulletin says for Philippines as of Jan 2022 for f3 is 08jun02. We received a visa creation in September 01 2020. I mean the welcome letter with the invoice number but when we log on at ceac it says not paid and no visa available yet. Is there a way we can do?
