Katie didnt handle it well...she is simply thick skinned! No publicity is bad publicity hey?! Kim does labour the point but she was pushing for a reaction, which wasn't going to happen for the above reasons. What she said was dead right and Katie on this occasion knew it. There's no jealousy involved on Kim's part; perhaps a tad bitterness that some people seem to be born with a silver spoon, whereas Kim has had a really tough and sad childhood, which is why she can come across as so fierce as shes had to learn to be a fighter after being subject to bullying and defensively strikes first.
