My mom has a coworker like this at her job and I’m always blown away at how fireable his story’s are but she always laughs it off and says “it’s just Jerry😂” Last story she told me that he gave all the female coworkers a bag that said “panties only” asking for their panties and they thought it was the funniest thing!!!??? I don’t get it but it’s hilarious how similar this sketch is!
Wouldn't it be funny if he had said, "Used panties only!" and the women looked at each other and said "Used ones, right!" and they all headed to the bathroom en masse and came back with bags overflowing with used Depends and period underwear. Serve him right!
In seriousness there is a big difference between a guy who has read the room and decided that certain jokes are ok and a guy who - if given the opportunity would actually use his power in a coercive way.
Why would your Mom tell you these stories? Does she want you to be like Jerry? Is she trying to get your dad to see her as desirable? Usually the Jerry's have women encouraging their behavior. Just look at the guy Alex Mack talked into have his top girls get branded with her initials.
It really depends on his relationship with them. You can get away with anything if they know your intentions are good and you have a good rapport with them.
