One of the best shows ever created. So sad it was cancelled, but I'm excited for the 2 hour finale to wrap things up!
Given by how much shit Netflix got and are still getting for cancelling it, there is a chance for S3 after the 2 hour "finale"

Season 2 tops the first season, and you guys are in for a ride. Sense 8 is in my top 10 favorite Netflix shows, I think it's in my top 5. Trollhunters, Voltron, and Stranger Things are my top 3, and Sense8 is number 4 or 5.

I think they could have made a Season 3, but they're just doing a movie. Which is suppose to tie everything up for Season 2. Still i'm very disappointed they cancelled S3.
No Guys i have bad news for you, Netflix after the second season has decided to cancel the show but, thanks to the fan's petitions and protests (because first Sense8 is a very loved show and then because, i don't want make spoiler, but the end of the second season is a huge cliffhanger), they allowed a finale two-hour episode that they have already filmed (they finished shooting it in october/novembre).

The lil' girl was just either another cluster member or someone who would join a cluster later that whispers wanted to experiment on, I don't think that was supposed to be an unanswered question

The girl was Will's age, in season 1 in Will's flashback Sarah was being disected by "old Whispers", in this episode Sarah's momo flashback Whispers was younger (all the sensates we saw visiting Sarah's mom were in her flashbacks)

An explanation about the beginning is Will didn't do any of that, What was happening was that Whispers was controlling the other guy to kill someone, Will being connected to Whispers' consciousness is seeing some of his memories, so what he was seeing was from the eyes of the person being controlled.

Evolution is random, doesn't happen for a reason, so someone in the past randomly evolve out the sensate ability and for those people lying was a useful tool, especially against people who wouldnt be used getting lied to
That is an interesting point. I did not consider that in the moment. Lying is definitely advantageous for an individual's survival but what about in terms of a population's survival (intrapopulation communication)? I could be barking up the wrong tree on this one but definitely a topic worth researching.
Jaymin They also bring up in the show that "killing is easy when you don't feel anything" sensate powers don't just allow reading minds, they allow feeling others' feelings/emotions too. In other words ancient sensates probably were very very pacifictic, while non sensates were able to be selfish and killed and lied to further their own personal goals. And if one group is killing and the other is not, it makes sense the one thats not will die out. At Least thats how i thought about it
Netflix could have had a couple more GREAT seasons with this show. I'm sad to see it go : (

I am genuinly curious why you guys hate Nomi. Each their own opinion of course. I just can't see why you guys hate her so I want to know why and see whether I understand it better then^^

One of the reasons, I think, that Will is the one who is suffering here is because he is one of the members of the Cluster who could handle it the best. A cop is strong mentally. I think only two others in the Cluster could handle it the way he does and those are Wolfgang and Sun. And no it could not be Nomi (I found that a bit rude to be honest, why would you wish something horrible that Will goes through on anyone else just like that?), they need her, Amanita and Bug for the hacking skills. Nomi has saved their asses many times indirectly due to her skills in computers. You saw it a bit in S1 but you'll see it a lot more in S2. They NEED her to be usefull like that. If that 'behind the scenes' Cluster mate could not use her skills, they'd all be dead. Or at least not being able to perform many things in terms of avoiding borders by laws etc. (Keeping an eye on Sun in prison, creating fake IDs that work so they all can travel, changing papers so they can get through check-ups, finding connections to Whispers and even Angelica herself and BPO itself via the internet, being warned beforehand that agents are comming to call a few right of the bat).
I was so happy when I realized they were in the capital city of my country 8D The Netherlands is not often shown ins American television so that was a very cool plottwist. I just might have walked righth there where they filmed Sense8 years ago. That is just awesome :D You soud totally visit Amsterdam if you have the chance. It's a very cool city. Esspecially with all the canals and very multi-cultural :) But pay attention to bycicles, they are EVERYWHERE XD There are lik more bycicles than people maybe even, seriously xD We are a very bycicle people xD And yes, joins are ok here etc but I myself have never used it.. It's a shame my country is known for pot.. There are so many more things here and not everyone uses it at all.
Sarah was probably a Sensate (need to check the wikia though), and Whispers is after sensates to experiment so that's probably why he was so interested in him.

If we're talking about series you should watch, I have two. Lost Girl, maybe Siren (I already saw that The Normies are wathcing The 100 otherwise I would ahve added that the list too). Orphan Black is also a good one, the main actress is freakishly talanted. You'll know what I mean if you look at the trailer. Otherwise, I'll spoil stuff ;)
Imo Nomi could have handled it too. She has gone through some ridiculous experiences in her life. Though I think it would be inconvenient if it was her. Her skills are unique while Will's skills are better applicable to that situation + he alone does not have all the fighting skills. You got Sun and Wolfgang for that.
