You ALSO ride motorcycle!? I TOO!! I have several bikes, my latest Fantic Caballero 500 Rally. And I also play Conan Exiles!

Yes I do! I would describe it as my primary hobby!
I like the design of Caballero, kind of like off-road suited cafe racer, what a combo! Is that your favourite?

@@deynon_Yes, I think the Caballero is my fav bike at least at the moment. I'm still getting used to it. It is as you say a combo between road & offroad, though it has some bugs I'd like to fix such as right foot placement interfering with protective plastic part. But the Caballero I'd say is really a road bike, its offroad properties are limited as it is a bit heavy still (160 kg) compared to a real offroad bike like for example KTM 350 excf, or even Kawasaki KLX230 which is my budget all-round bike. So even if you can use the Caballero on adventures in the country and light terrain, I wouldn't go jumping or doing any serious enduro on it, it would break. But the bike looks awesome, like a doomsday zombie-killer super-hog ;) And I like that it's simple. No fancy 'help features' and crazy button clusters, just a fun single cylinder bike.

@uncletom1971 500cc single cylinder that must sound awesome in person!
I agree with zombie-killer super-hog, it does look like that, kind of Days Gone motorcycle :D
Sounds like you are experienced off-roader, are you more on or off the road?
I am not gonna lie I didn’t know much about Fantic bikes, but (correct me if I’m wrong) they are made in Italy, just where I was born haha! Caballero is apparently running on Yamaha engine so that is yet another thing I like about it, Italian roots, Japanese reliability! I take it since it’s a recent purchase you already have the Japanese, built in Italy engine opposed to early Chinese made ones right?
Lastly - is it just me or the front light really reminds of the latest gen CB1000R?

@@deynon_ Well, the name says ".. 500" but it's actually 450cc, I don't know why they named it like that. Still, the motor sounds awesome with the original exhaust, my plan is to get the upgraded pipe and muffler with even better sound, giving the bike a few HP more. Maybe this summer.
"Experienced ..." ? 😂 No, sorry. I'm still new to motorcycling, I got my license in late 2020 and I started off-road school about two years ago to enhance my overall riding skills. Because motorcycling is such fun I went for *anything motorcycle* (also trial!), and that is why winter is such a depressing time for me, I have to wait till summer to ride again 😕
When buying my Caballero I was informed by the shop that certain functions and most design details are made in Italy, the motor is made in China by the Harley Davidson factory in "Zongshen".. or something, the fork and suspension is the same as used in Yamaha bikes, the tires on mine (Rally version) are Michelin Anakee, all is then assembled in Italy. Maybe you are thinking of their latest model "Caballero 700"? That has the 3-cylinder motor from Yamaha MT-07 and Tenere.

With a single cylinder engine you will be doing it a favour to “unlock” its potential and it should sound nice. With regards to exhaust pipe, will you be upgrading it to one with “sports cat”? :D
And as for off-roaders I would consider most of you guys to be experienced to some degree as you have tons of hazards, obstacles, bumps and what not while on the road is as equally as important to avoid these, is not as common and not as well-trained, I hope you get the idea.
Lastly yes I spent some time learning about them and definitely there is the MT07 engine in the 700cc one but these are two-cylinder, MT09 are 3. As for the 500 or actual 450cc as you say - I didn’t know about the HD factory that is an interesting point but the Zongshen kept poppin up in articles.
How is the ride quality on it, soft or stiff? I’m more curious it the more I read about it. :D

Hi, I have a Yamaha FZ6 that has the same error and an additional symptom: while riding the battery randomly disconnects and I just have to lift up the fuel tank to reach it and slightly press on the starter relay and the battery is reconnected. I replaced the relay, the bike started 2-3 times and the next morning it does not start again… Do you think the issue can be the plug that is inserted in the starter relay?

Apologies for late reply, I think it’s worth having a look if you can see traces of „green powdery” substance which would be the oxidised metal, that usually prevents good connection. If you can find any, isopropylene or contact cleaner + slightly abrasive tool & toothbrush to clean it all out, should help.
Have a look if you can find it and let me know, I would be more than happy to try all I know and see if any of it helps you!
