  • Love to help all people who want to change their body for the better but don't know what to do. Just 3 exercises at home without equipment, but they will be a great start to transform your body.       What does set mean? Like when we complete the number of reps then it's a set then we rest then another set?

      It's just simple do your MX in normal
      Push up which could be one in your case then do max knee push up and the do max inclined push up and then max wall push up do this daily and progress overtime
