Just a pointer if you leave the bungs in all cases for draining it helps with the sudden burst of pressure when you drain the oils especially gear and transfer boxes then take out whilst draining. However make sure you break the bungs loose before as you don’t want no oil in cases if you can’t get bungs out 👍🏼👍🏼

Regarding the oil for the transfer box on a TD5 Defender. The Haynes manual says "Castrol Syntrax 75W/90 (TD5 models)". However, Castrol has changed the name of that oil since 2022. It's now called "Castrol Transmax 75W-90". I've called Castrol and have spoken to their technical support to double check this. So. anyone looking for "Castrol Syntrax 75W/90" can replace it with "Castrol Transmax 75W-90"

What size is the compression copper washer??
Could you confirm the size of the "star" tool for the level plug on the gear box, you say T10 but can that be correct? Seems much larger.
