man those ghosts in the swing were soooooooooo light he didn't even move the stick, but he made them perfectly hearable and enjoyable.

Love the Motown groove! Very tasteful playing, dare I say it, reminds me of an English Peter Erskine.

Dave was always great to play with (I'm a bass guitarist). He has a feel like no-one else.

This channel has made me love jazz grooves more than I ever did before.. I originally was a metal head, and as I still have deep metal influence, I enjoy deeply the swing and groove of jazz :)

This is the kind of groove I dig. Love Ginger but my soul lies in jazz drumming, so did Ginger's.

Being a metal guy that is learning under an extraordinary jazz drummer, I can really appreciate this guy's ability. He might not be absolutely tearing it up, but that's not what he's going for. Very classy playing from an apparently very classy fellow. Enjoyed this video.

More of these! Great to have a customer play some and not in the controlled area. The sound is more natural. I'm loving these Ludwigs after being a Gretsch guy for so long! esp.ClubDate!

My second drum set was a 5 piece Ludwig with a 20" bass drum, it sure is a punchy little bass drum, really kicks butt.

What's up with the 12" Tom? It seems completely be detuned....

It's an aquired taste. I used to be into the perfect "Doom" muffled tom sound . Over time that gets boring and you start searching for that funky open singing tom.
