I feel so so so so sorry for you! Losing a horse is hard. Especially when their your best friend. My best friend, Zane. I had to loan him bc we don't have time for a full on horse but i couldn't imgaine any better! I stopped seeing him bc it was getting too hard but I'll never forget him! I'm so so sorry for your loss. I have horses and it's never easy to make that decision. I have had to do that, and it just makes you feel helpless but sometimes we have no choice. You gave Buski a wonderful life and cared for him. We horse people know how you feel and our hearts go out to you.

I had to make the same decision 3 days ago , with my beautiful horse Hermes, although he was 31 years old and I have lots of fabulous memories, I am devastated, he was the kindest sweetest horse and my best friend . RIP Buski and Hermes, I hope you meet each other galloping in heaven ❤xx

Oh Erin, I am so very sorry.😢💔 I know this is such a shock and entirely unexpected. I hope you can rest in the fact that you did everything you could for him.💕 When it was so sudden like this, I had a feeling it was most likely a complicated/severe colic case. Us horsey people know that this is something we hope *never* happens, yet, it sadly does at times, in spite of our best efforts. Please don’t blame yourself for wanting him at home in England with you. As us horse people know, horses travel and are moved all over the world. This can happen to any of us. My childhood heart horse had to be put down back in 2021, and I still cry over him at least 2-3 times a week, so I know exactly how this feels.💔 It never goes away, yet, you learn to live with it and love dearly the horses that are still with you. In time, I hope you can look back on all of the great and happy memories you had with Buski, and that is what you remember, more than the ending.🤍🦄🕊

Erin, I can assure you that Buski had the most magical 3 years with you. You treated him with grace, love and kindness and I know he felt how much he was loved every single day. Bringing him to England was a decision you made to have him close to you and to have him under your wing. He was safe and healthy and I’m sure he was treated like the stud prince he was. This is the unfortunate reality of owning horses, and that is part of the reason why our relationship with them is so precious because we know it is limited. They are fragile beings and some things can honestly never be predicted or avoided. I loved watching this journey from the start with Buscador and still remember refreshing your page to see if you had uploaded a new video with him. Take all the time you need. Losing family never is easy but you can rest knowing he is looking over you every waking moment. You loved him Erin. There is nothing in his heart and soul that was missing with you. Devastating. I'm so sorry for your loss. I lost my beautiful Spanish boy in the same way, it happened out of nowhere and within a few hours he was dying. He was only 6 years old and the sweetest most beautiful horse. It's been two years and I still can't talk about it without crying. 💔

I’m so sorry, I can’t imagine what you’re going through. The first day I got my new horse, I felt this unbelievable bond and I would have been just as upset losing him after a day as I would after owning my mare who I love more than life and have had 15 years… it doesn’t matter how long you have them…they’re all so special. I know it’s easy to say but please don’t feel guilty. Buski had the best possible life with you and he was so lucky. Freak medical accidents can unfortunately happen at anytime, so bringing him to England didn’t cause this. Stay strong Erin. Im so sorry for your loss xxx

I think me and everyone else that has been watching your videos for a long time knows that Buski was the most amazing horse ever and it’s heartbreaking that he’s gone. None of this is your fault Erin, please do not blame yourself, it was beyond anyone’s control. I’m not gonna lie, I cried so much with the news but at least we know Buski is in a better place now, free from pain. Buski will forever be remembered and loved. As you said, non horsey people will never understand the bond us equestrians have with our horses, they are magical animals and we all saw your bond with Buski was so strong and all of us loved him so incredibly much. I’m so sorry for your loss! I took my mare for surgery in narch and also had to Make the decision to put her down. It’s one of the hardest thing to do and it takes someone so brave to put their horse first ❤ I’m sharing your pain ❤ the empty stable is the worst thing in the world - we managed to get mane and tail but the vet got it wrong and she was group cremated so we couldn’t have her ashes back, the grief that brings you without having that physical piece is awful - I’m so glad you managed to salvage some hair ❤ my heart really does go out to you , but please know, you did the right thing for him, because you loved him so much and he wjll be eternally grateful ❤

Completely understand Erin, lost my 22 year old of 7 years in March very suddenly to liver failure, he was a therapy pony at an SEN centre for his retirement and they called one morning, when I went he was just a shell of himself, he’d completely lost it all overnight and I had to make the decision. It’s so so hard but we can get through this 💛

I know this is such a shock and entirely unexpected. I hope you can rest in the fact that you did everything you could for him.💕 When it was so sudden like this, I had a feeling it was most likely a complicated/severe colic case. Us horsey people know that this is something we hope *never* happens, yet, it sadly does at times, in spite of our best efforts. Please don’t blame yourself for wanting him at home in England with you. As us horse people know, horses travel and are moved all over the world. This can happen to any of us. My childhood heart horse had to be put down back in 2021, and I still cry over him at least 2-3 times a week, so I know exactly how this feels.💔 It never goes away, yet, you learn to live with it and love dearly the horses that are still with you. In time, I hope you can look back on all of the great and happy memories you had with Buski, and that is what you remember, more than the ending.🤍🦄🕊

Nothing could have prepared me to say goodbye so early, I feel completely robbed of time we should’ve had together. This is the first time I’ve seen your channel and I am truly sorry for your loss. Buski was an absolutely stunning horse- just beautiful! I wish there were words that could ease your pain but I know there aren’t. I know what you are going through, so just know that we are all crying with you.
Erin, I can assure you that Buski had the most magical 3 years with you. You treated him with grace, love and kindness and I know he felt how much he was loved every single day.
Bringing him to England was a decision you made to have him close to you and to have him under your wing. He was safe and healthy and I’m sure he was treated like the stud prince he was.
This is the unfortunate reality of owning horses, and that is part of the reason why our relationship with them is so precious because we know it is limited. They are fragile beings and some things can honestly never be predicted or avoided.
I loved watching this journey from the start with Buscador and still remember refreshing your page to see if you had uploaded a new video with him.
Take all the time you need. Losing family never is easy but you can rest knowing he is looking over you every waking moment. You loved him Erin. There is nothing in his heart and soul that was missing with you. Love you and Buski. thinking of you 🤍

Devastating. I'm so sorry for your loss. I lost my beautiful Spanish boy in the same way, it happened out of nowhere and within a few hours he was dying. He was only 6 years old and the sweetest most beautiful horse. It's been two years and I still can't talk about it without crying. 💔

The first day I got my new horse, I felt this unbelievable bond and I would have been just as upset losing him after a day as I would after owning my mare who I love more than life and have had 15 years… it doesn’t matter how long you have them…they’re all so special.
I know it’s easy to say but please don’t feel guilty. Buski had the best possible life with you and he was so lucky. Freak medical accidents can unfortunately happen at anytime, so bringing him to England didn’t cause this.

Erin I am so so so sorry for what happened. I think me and everyone else that has been watching your videos for a long time knows that Buski was the most amazing horse ever and it’s heartbreaking that he’s gone. None of this is your fault Erin, please do not blame yourself, it was beyond anyone’s control. I’m not gonna lie, I cried so much with the news but at least we know Buski is in a better place now, free from pain. Buski will forever be remembered and loved. As you said, non horsey people will never understand the bond us equestrians have with our horses, they are magical animals and we all saw your bond with Buski was so strong and all of us loved him so incredibly much. Take your time to recover from this but just know that the decision you make when taking Buski down was the best decision there was.❤️🩹❤️🩹❤️🩹

I’m so sorry for your loss! I took my mare for surgery in narch and also had to Make the decision to put her down. It’s one of the hardest thing to do and it takes someone so brave to put their horse first ❤ I’m sharing your pain ❤ the empty stable is the worst thing in the world - we managed to get mane and tail but the vet got it wrong and she was group cremated so we couldn’t have her ashes back, the grief that brings you without having that physical piece is awful - I’m so glad you managed to salvage some hair ❤ my heart really does go out to you , but please know, you did the right thing for him, because you loved him so much and he wjll be eternally grateful ❤

Completely understand Erin, lost my 22 year old of 7 years in March very suddenly to liver failure, he was a therapy pony at an SEN centre for his retirement and they called one morning, when I went he was just a shell of himself, he’d completely lost it all overnight and I had to make the decision. It’s so so hard but we can get through this 💛
