  • I always hear the notion that consistency is key. Well to me something else has proven time and time again that it is far more important to focus on than just being consistent. Once you figured out your target audience you need to deliver THIS to them in order to be successful and grow a fan base.

When I really got serious about RUclips years ago I regularly posted 2 days a week and saw great success. Today I don't have the time to do that just yet, and have been seeing some great results from 1 regular video a week...well great results for my videos haha. I'm in the re-learning stages with new themes and direction. I find this part both a struggle as well as a lot of fun.

Aw dude your channel is great. I watched your newest video and I’m already learning 😂. Great thumbnails, great production, and great value. I think you should really break your videos down into shorts though. That will definitely make your growth more rapid for sure. I use AI opus clip for that

I've recently started experimenting with that. It's a huge learning curve for me getting into shorts haha. I'm so used to long form content with the people in my network, but I do think a healthy balance of both will do well. I like the flow of your videos. They feel real and natural, like you're chatting with friends. @@Creator-Source

@@ChadEverydayyeah it took me months to figure out shorts on my other channel. They are definitely a different type of monster but the growth from them is insane. I got 70k subs in a month because of them going viral.
Also thank you man! I wanted to go the route of doing minimal editing and just having a genuine conversation on this channel.

@@Creator-Source that’s awesome! Glad to hear shorts helped you out. That definitely sparks my interest haha.
I like the minimal route, it’s ultimately what started my channel growth a few years ago

@ChadEveryday oh dude your videos are already ready to be split into short form content, it’s like free content and growth just waiting for you. Look into opus clips cuz it will make things SOOOO much easier. I had shorts that brought back millions of views that only took a few minutes to make….. its… its awful 😂😂😂

Hi brother, I have been watching your videos for setups and I notice that you are also using the blue yeti mic. the problem I am having is that it is picking my breathing, which is embarrassing, because I am a heavy breather. Do you know how can I reduce that? Thanks you man. Great Vids for beginner!

    • @Creator-Source
      @Creator-Source  4 месяца назад +1

Noise gate! There is one built into OBS that I use that will take care of it because I have the same issue 😅 just play around with the settings so that the gate deactivates when you start talking but activates when your done so no one hears the breathing. Took a minute to get the right settings but give that a try, a noise gate will definitely take care of it

My channel isn't dead the fuckers just won't interact. Even when I ask them to.

@@TrVlogs82 so I watched some of your videos. Now I’m just gonna be brutally honest but that channel will never go anywhere. Vlogs are dead unless you have some sort of social media presence and you have an interesting life that people are dying to see. That being said your attitude comes off as extremely immature and entitled. I see a lot of Karen click bait when really it’s just you being annoying and people responding to it. Most of your videos make it seems like your running to get gold in the victim Olympics and I, as most adults, hate that shit. I’m just being honest man. There may be a tiny tiny small subset of people who might like your videos but without knowing you and caring about who you are I don’t know how anyone could watch more than 5 seconds of your videos.

I posted 3 times a week with my audiobook.
I do not feel appreciated. Over a year of work for less than nothing.

I looked over your channel my friend. I got to be honest… I have no clue what your videos are about or what audience you are going after. It seems extremely niched down and the audience pool seems next to non existent. I could be wrong but I saw a bunch of ID cards and listened for a few seconds only to be met with some pretty rough audio that was not enjoyable to listen to.
I would honestly take the time to stop posting and really rework the whole channel. Look at other creators that are doing something similar and see what works for them.
As it stands now your channel has zero discoverability and I am not trying to hurt you or diss your channel. I’m just being 100% honest with you.

They're audiobook productions of my book.
The quality is subpar, but I don't have the resources to improve it.
I've just trying to find a small audience at the moment, but I feel I'm being actively pushed down.
Honestly, I'm just down in a funk I don't know what to do.

@@EllipsisMarkI’ve just listened to your work. You have a really nice voice. I would try to look up ways to improve your sound quality without money, like recording in a closet with a bunch of cloths around you. Your audio quality isn’t that bad it just sounds to me like you have a little to much reverb. Keep up the good work
