After removing the bumper cover, the front end including the headlights, u-frame, bumper reinforcement bar, and the washer fluid tank can come off together.
You can not use the chaintorq when you torq the bolts, you must use the tool in the set and turn the middle of the pin on 0.6NM And you must lock the crankshaft with a extra tool on the 3 poelie holes
42:23 You can see the tool to fix camshafts in place and crankshaft was fixed with a pin. Everything was done how it's supposed to be done. You must haven't watched the video attentively.
Alter, diesen Motor wurde mehr Schaden zugefügt als hätte man ihm einfach einen würdevollen Tot sterben lassen. 😮.... Aber die Kolbenringe sind neu immerhin. 👍
Ist normal an den Minis der zweiten Generation. Die neuen Kolbenringe sind mittlerweile 3 Teilig aus Metall. Die alten waren 2 teilige Plastik Ringe. Deshalb konnte er auch den einen Kolben wackeln
@@spass12cal74 kann ich so nicht bestätigen, ich baue meinen gerade auf..bei 160k ist alles noch an Kreuzschliff da. Aber ja, da hätte man ruhig mal das Standart Maß nachhonen können
@@denzelcrocker4956 das wäre das mindeste. Ich will nur Hinweisen das man sich dieses Video nicht als beispiel nehmen soll. Ventile mit Akkuschrauber einschleifen👎. Zylinderkopf mit Schwingschleifer planen👎und vieles mehr..... Eine absolute Katastrophe.

Mini Cooper S 2008. Removal, overhaul and installation of the engine.++

If youre going to discharge the AC the entire assembly bumper cover included can come off in one piece.
6 bolts on frame rails need to be removed. U need to remove bumper cover to access.

Did you depressurize the fuel system
You obviously did not get the connecting rods refurbished by a machine shop to make the big ends round, instead of oval.

@@denzelcrocker4956 der Motor hätte gehont gehört. Die kolben haben schon zu kippen angefangen. Und der Kreuzschliff war sicher auch nicht mehr da.

The Mini was meant only for being crushed and then melted down pure garbage .Worked on them total and absolute GARBAGE
