Yes it last from 6 am till 11pm when I go to sleep with 1 charge and I'm on it all day
I purchased my SAMSUNG GALAXY A20 from Metro by T-Mobile on 8/23/19 almost exactly 1 month ago. I have never had a single issue with it and absolutely love it. It's good to also mention that this version from Metro by T-Mobile comes with NFC and the ones sold on Amazon do not. Thanks for another great look at this phone Kevin, keep up the good work.

72040leon RUclips videos don’t support 4K because the cameras the youtubers use may be 1440p or 1080p and at the same time phones don’t support 4K. But if you were on a 4K pc it still wouldn’t be able to support 4K yt vids.
Bruh I cracked my S10 and didn't have insurance so I got this cash. I love everything but of course the camera not as clear as the s10 but I'm loving this phone. Honestly

I brought the Samsung A20 two weeks ago as my backup phone to my OnePlus 6T and I got to say it's an awesome phone. Even with just 3 gigs of RAM it's very smooth it doesn't lag it's very responsive has has tons of features. Also thst app good lock and the theme store is awesome
I had the oneplus 6t but it got stolen so I bought this one kuz Im not spending hundreds on a phone again, I got this one free at metro fir switching services and I gotta say, I love it, it has the notch screen like my oneplus had, but what's better I like about it is Samsung UI is better then oneplus's💯 but I do miss the 128gb of storage 😢 I hate 32gb that this phone offers🚫🧢
OMG I'm literally writing this comment from my A20 and I LOVE IT!! Comparing it to my gifted Samsung Galaxy Note 10 there is Very few difference at ALL! Get it Get it Get it if your curious about purchasing the Samsung Galaxy A20❤

I had a s9 and I got this for a back up and ended up selling the s9 and keeping the a20 they are making these phones these days so advanced no need for 1000 dollar phones no more

I picked one up on August 2nd from Metro by T-Mobile I've got to become more familiar with Samsung features
My only complaint is the muffled speaker.

I'm getting the a20 because it's a little bigger and it's about the same size of a s10 plus but the a10 is to small for me I like big phones , if I had at least 400 id get the A50 it's an amazing phone and it's perfect

i just searched up this phone a while ago and i can get it for like 120-30 on ebay. easy peasy backup phone, and i've always wanted a samsung phone but they either didn't fit the specs i wanted or were too expensive. but with this as my backup phone i'm really satisfied with it in the end. can't wait for my paycheck! ;)
Samsung galaxy a20 is good i am using it for 5 months. It is cheap and performing perferctly
Its worth it I love this affordable phone I came from the s9 and it's fine great vibrant display and pub G is ight so I'm happy with it. 4,000 millamp hour battery with 15 whatt quick charge. It's a great deal!

Got an A50, upgraded from an iPhone SE. I have to say this phone is amazing! I can't believe how inexpensive it is compared it's competitors.
Is it better than an SE? I’m asking cuz I’m using the SE for years and it still works like a champ.
@@taylor6855 love it, will never go back to an iPhone at this rate. I had an android almost a decade ago and hated it so swapped to an iPhone. It's amazing how far this brand has come with their mid tier budget phones. Would 100% reccomend it as a solid upgrade from an SE. You'll notice your battery life is a lot better, you'll have much more customization, and best of all is the screen size.
Can you run "CPU Z" on the international version and the Metro By T-Mobile version.
I got this phone a few days ago, and I love it. The only thing I expected more of was the battery life. It only lasts an average of 9 hours for me. I don't charge it overnight. I leave it on without apps open and it goes down almost 20%. But, other than this, it's a really good device! The camera, speed, etc are really good.
If i get this off amazon would it work for boost? It's cheaper on amazon than on boosts website.

How about letting us know when you review a device whether or not we can do simple things like loop the home screens and rearrange the buttons at the bottom of the screen. I got into looping the home screens with a Samsung Galaxy Lite and now I don't want a smartphone that doesn't have it. With LG I can loop the home screens and rearrange the buttons at the bottom of the screen.
Are you going to compare the A20 to the Blu N1 . I really would like that and also would like a comparison on the speakers . You don't seem to talk about speakers much .

If I but this phone off Amazon for $159.99 the factory unlocked version I could take it to my metro by tmobile store and would they switch my sim card from my current phone? I am currently with Metro so would they just charge an activation fee? Great Video BTW!

Kevin, if I get a factory unlocked gsm A20 from Amazon will that work with cricket?
Cricket is a gsm MVNO(minor virtual network operator) which is compatible with any unlocked GSM phone. Any phone, any carrier from anywhere is compatible with cricket's network, as long as the original carrier network lock has been removed (aka unlocked). Enjoy!
If you had an old note 8, would you use the a20 or the note 8? I feel like my a20 is slow at times. Any help?
Note 8 is still a beast. Use Note 8. That display, camera, build quality is still premium. A20 is a very good phone for its price and I gifted it to my niece, but no comparison to Note 8 even after 2 years. Note 8 will not receive any major OS updates, but it is likely to get more security updates.

Samsung have definitely got it right this year. I own an s10+ which is a flagship and top specs. I’m looking to buy my mom a phone and she needs a big screen and this looks perfect for her 👍📱

Be careful buying unlocked International versions from Amazon because it is always hit or miss.
I purchased the international version, love the phone. Only thing that sucks about it is that the mobile hotspot does not work.

A20/a30 phones have the same cases. Based on my research. I am sure if you look for a30 cases you most likely might find one.

I went from a Nexus 6P to an A20. The only thing I miss is the stereo front facing speakers. Otherwise it's all the phone I need. Very Good value bit of kit.
Is the audio any good on this phone?..with headphones? it shows it has Dolby Atmos My ZTE Axon Pro just rocks the audio ....
@@aarmancuda3570 It sounds pretty good to me. Tried it with the 3.5mm Jack and Bluetooth, both with SoundMagic earbuds playing FLAC files.

Samsung is doing amazing with these new lines of phones. Much better than the j series. I feel like the A6 even with it's 16mp camera doesn't even top this phone. The 4000ma battery, screen, having the brand new pi, AMOLED display...like seriously what Samsung has done with budget devices having AMOLED screens. The AMOLED makes up for the lesser quality screen! Amazing camera, you just can't beat Samsung cameras versus other Android ones. Samsung's budget devices time and time again, make due with the little they have by making up for it having the most advanced technology out there... Hence the cameras. DID I MENTION THE WIDE ANGLE LENS???!?!?!

The best budget phone out there I got it
The best budget phone ($180) is the Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 Pro.
However, it doesn't work well with LTE :-(
IF it did, goodness gracious, that phone would be killing it in America.

Well, I obviously disagree. I love this phone! It's so fast and smooth (6gb RAM, good processor) and has a great camera.

Got my Galaxy A20 about a month ago. It's great! I plan to use it for a while. Might get the Galaxy Buds or Galaxy Watch Active to compliment it, but i'm not sure yet.
Funny you said this, I got my SAMSUNG A20 a month ago and just a little over one week ago, I got the Samsung Galaxy Watch 46mm & the Samsung Galaxy Buds to go with it. Man if you can afford it definitely buy them they all work flawlessly together.

Just a word to the wise. Be careful when buying this phone and perhaps others too. The A20 is supposed to have NFC but as I found out the one I bought off of Ebay does not have NFC in its chipset. Everything else is fine the phone is really good it's just that NFC was not included in the phone. Some countries outside the EU that manufacture these phones under licence from Samsung do not have to install the NFC chip, cost cutting I guess. So if NFC is important to you check before you buy. Still a damn good phone.
That's why I never buy unlocked phones from eBay or Amazon. The specs are almost always different. I purchased my Samsung Galaxy A20 directly from my carrier Metro by T-Mobile and it does in fact have NFC 100%
How can we realise from the closed i mean sealed pack box rather it has NFC or Not?
@@booombooom7358 NFC and Call Recording are unique selling points so they should state them in the specs on the box. If not then ask the seller. If in doubt walk away.

Should I get this phone over my s9 cause the s9’s battery is absolute trash now. It barely get so me through the rest of the day. All I do is text, play non-graphic intensive games,and call people(sometimes), and browse social media 🤷🏽♀️. I just need a decent phone with an amazing battery good battery and decent performance is all I care about. I could care less about the cameras as I’m not a huge selfie person or photographer but honestly get a camera if you’re looking to take top notch photos like phones are “P H O N E S”

I upgraded from the 6S and has been very happy so far. Don't have to worry about battery life ever again and I'm also never going back to a screen that's smaller than 5" inches 😂👌

@Wahn Cologne Ok i lied, i was looking at t-mobile only. 232.00 is cheapest i could find for unlocked lg g7 new in box, which is still a crazy price and renders almost every single budget/mid range phone released today useless.
@Wahn Cologne Well the thing with flagship phones is they last a really long time because every component in the phone is high end/quality. Even tho there is a 70 dollar price difference between a a20 and a g7 it would last a lot longer and perform better for a longer period of time. This is kind of only true with lg phones tho, a s9 which is the same year as the g7 cost 400 dollars on ebay still.
@Wahn Cologne Nah not too good to be true this happens every year with LG phones. I just dont see much point in considering a low end phone like this when an extra 70 or 80 bucks gets you so much more phone.

Good phone but it's expensive the redmi 7 may be a better choice imo.
I have that phone, but the problem is it doesn't work with most of the frequencies in America.
Best budget phone, the Pro version, but no LTE kills it.
