I was going to big to get the iphone 11 from T-Mobile and when they said that I had to put $551.00 down I said Hell To The Naw Bobbie🤣🤣🤣 and asked what is the cheapest next best thing and was told the Samsang A20. The sales person told me to wait save the money and get the iPhone 11 because that is what he liked.Boy Bye! GIVE ME THE A20 and let get out of here with my extra cash in my pocket. I love it so far so good

I had my xs max die on me 22 days ago. Lived without a phone until now. I got the a30 just for the bigger battery. I’m saving up for the iphone 12 when it comes out. But if you’re still waiting to buy an iphone. Don’t buy the first or second release. They’ve always been known to have crappy faults or issues with it.

I love the inside tips you've given. I never would have taken the time to figure them out. My most immediate favorite tip was setting up the home screen. I know, it seems simple, but I had no idea how to start. I would have liked more information about what the Bixby Home screen does and how to get rid of google news feeds. But, maybe you'll cover that next time?
My A20 continually shows an alert that I'm running out of storage space. I have a lot of room in my Google drive and don't know how to backup and store to it. Can you help?

Excellent tutorial! My favorite section is the transfer of contents from an old phone to a new one. In a situation where an old phone crashed or malfunctions such that you're unable to access the contents, how can one still transfer its contents to a new phone? This is an area I would have liked more elaboration on.
any thoughts about the reception on this phone. my mum has one and the reception is pretty dodgy at best. she can sometimes get phone calls and other times not. same with texts. has been back to Samsung three times (to two different repairers) while under warranty, and they say it's ok. never had any issues in her house before with previous samsung, but this one just won't work properly

I followed every thing you explained and I was able to complete all but one thing that was covered in this video. I cannot find the Bixby screen. Good tips. I'm having trouble with some of my app features every since I've installed the T-Mobile SIM card on my galaxy a20 phone. My message app no longer have some of the functions it used to have i.e. texting over 20 people and sending a group text which will go to individual people. Additionally, my T-Mobile experience app keeps crashing. Any suggestions to how to get these features back?
Hello. Love your video. I have the Samsung A20. The top information field with battery life/time is too small to read. Was hoping you would put on your Sherlock hats to find a big (lol) solution??? Tks & Ta p.s. The screen darkening timer doesn't work. Have had it set to 10 minutes for months & it still goes dark after 10-15 seconds?
I picked this phone up very recently as a refurbished from the tracfone website. It was getting msgs like 'not registered on network, and 'no network available' . There are videos on what to do which I have followed and work but it is not a permanent fix. Apparently, this is a pretty common issue with this phone. Do you know of any more permanent solutions, is there a firmware upgrade? Thank you for any input.
Hate wallpaper themes, especially those you have to buy. I find a photo from my gallery, crop the sides to fit, and use one for my lock screen, and another for my home screen. Talk about personalize, no one has anything like mine.
Very informative, need to go back over it several times to get a good understanding. This 84 year old doesn't have a great grandchild near by to teach us the tricks.

recording quality is really bad on this phone. does an external mircophone helps improve this or is the recording quality due to specs.
