Brother man brother man all these cellphone are about the same nowadays with apps... Camera is what's up.. But only the expensive cellphone have great cameras.... Thinking about getting a 50 dollar cell with a dope endoscope camera..or a add on camera lens. My Samsung j3 orbit does everything & I paid 49.99... The j3 camera is not that good but better then a lot..better them moto e... I just ordered Samsung a20 for 99 with 1500 minutes, 1500 text,1500 mb which is nothing..but all last for a year. Makes a great throw away cell..time to see how much aluminum will hide your cell from being tracked from towers signals...just taking the battery out doesn't hide you..... Iphone user since 2003 and I didnt even know how to make a phone call or send a text message on this. Didnt understand the screens or the functions. This is a work phone :-) and I was so lost. Thank you so much. Can you show how to change the apps on the front page. Like on an iphone can i move apps to the front screen that may be sitting on the back screen. Thank you again for Samsung Dummies this was a Terrific User Friendly Video to learn. I have watched it twice as a tutorial. I seriously couldnt even answer the phone when it rang.
Just an addition, phones are meant to be turned off, they should be restarted once a week to clear cache and keep it working quickly as long as possible.

I would have mentioned the micro SD slot, as this is where users should be saving their photos and videos, as well this is where I save my contacts, first phone memory, than create VCF file. How do I answer a call if I am looking at something on the phone. A small screen drops down at the top and I am pressing on the green phone icon to answer it, but it doesn't pick up and I miss the call.
If I make a call to a business and get one of those "press this press that" menus, if I press the number of my selection, is there something else I have to do because it doesn't connect just doing that?
How do you gert the phone to respond when you get an incoming call. Directions just say to swipe the green button but I don't get any response no matter how I swipe it. Then I have to call the caller back.
I see on your Samsung Galaxy A20 you have your messages app telling you if you have a message. I think I may have turned that off. But now I don't remember how to turn it on.
