You really helped me discover and use the many features on this phone. I absolutely love the Good Lock App. Having a short cut to the camera and screen shot is very convenient. Hello. Found you first today with a getting to know A20, the the three tips videos and hidden tricks. These are great and I have done several things you've suggested. You got rid of Bixby for me, you put my screen capture on--which I have been searching for two days now (got the phone on the 29th; it's the 1st of May now)!!! Some things I found hit or miss, and some are confusing--like why did all the apps I saved to my SD drive corrupt and give weird little SD-card icons in the app list and then not open? but the phone has been a great one and I'm really happy with it. Plus it runs my Freestyle Libre app because it has a built in NFC antenna that can pick up the sensor that's on my arm (blood glucose 14 day system). Not sure what all the NFC thing can do, so this should be fun to find out. My son got mad at me when I used your tip to take over the TV that he was using, heh! Thank you for your help! Dee
My favourite tip was the nav bar tip that allows you to customize your navigation bar.. keep up work really enjoy the tip and tricks you do on the channel Especially the A20 my favorite phone .

Enjoyed your video, and like my A20, but I cannot figure how to get the camera to recognize QR codes. Other Samsung's models do scan QR codes without 3rd party apps. They have an 'enable QR' feature; but not A20. Any suggestions on how to get the A20 scan QR without 3rd party apps? I'd appreciate any help.

dude ive watched all your videos and they're great, but you repeat a number of tips, at 20 minutes to 12 minutes a pop it's quite a time investment, it would be a lot easier to watch all your videos if they were a bit shorter, thanks again for posting these
Can anybody tell me why you can use flash on the front video camera or why you cant turn beauty mode off. I use my smartphone to record RUclips videos and I just bought this phone and it's useless to me. The "airbrush" effect just blurs my photos and videos to the point it looks tacky and I cant record videos unless its daytime. I'm super disappointed in this phone. Especially since Samsung is usually really good about their cameras.
Don't like the Cloud. A while back some movie star saved nude photos of herself to the cloud, then found them posted all over the web. I knew that since they made the cloud, they must have made a backdoor to go in and take what they wanted. Say you have intellectual property that you plan to patent and sell, what if they stole it, made a working prototype, then patented it and screwed you out of your idea? It is always always better to save your stuff on a out drive you own and control yourself. I have a 500 GB out drive that when I use it, i turn off the internet, i plug my device into, turn on the power, save my stuff, then turn it off and unplug the device right after. Then I can turn the internet back on. The cloud is easy, but it gives the owners free access to do what ever they want and blame it on hackers.
