    In 2023: KFB got his first win with RCR at Auto Club (also the last race at the original Auto Club layout)

      @@SilentDanDisney Between how durable the cars are and how comfortable the drivers are in them, plus the changing culture, true endurance racing is a thing of the past. Even the 24hrs of Daytona and Le Mans have lost some of that magic because of those things.

    I believe and think that Auto Club Speedway should bring back the track stadium lights because I think it was something that was taken away, and I also believe that it’s appropriate to bring it back. What do you guys think (NO OFFENSIVE REPLIES) ? 🤔

    I remember watching this race live I remember being shocked how Jeff Gordon missed the chase that year since he won the Daytona 500 and some other races and my favorite driver Dale jr witch 2005 was his worst season up to that point since the year before he won six races

    In. H. D. Oh my goodness. The full race is already uploaded on RUclips but it was a recording of it on an SD tv when it was on, now y'all are gonna upload this, alongside both 2006 Pocono races, in high definition? Best motorsports RUclips channel out there 👏👏
    Edit: Unfortunately this race isn't in 16:9 720pHD. I 120% love the old races being uploaded but damn y'all didn't need to just upgrade the picture quality of the race 😂 I understand that this race isn't found in HD anywhere but I'm pretty sure the technology is there to completely upconvert it. Hopefully both the Pocono races from '06 have a different outcome than this lmao

      They were still in the 700-750HP range then. 800-900HP didn't come until around 2014 and Toyota having trouble to make that much power and last a whole race.

    I don't mean to complain but why is this not in HD but a race from 1987 is? Not to mention it's only available in 4:3 instead of 16:9. HD was definitely a thing by 2005 so I thought races you guys uploaded after 2004 would be in HD. Love that y'all are uploading old races but I would love for them to be in high quality.

      Reducing the amount of gimmicky rules, and decreasing ticket prices would certainly help.

      Buynot well make the racing good again. No playoffs cause even though this was full the races started to fall off from 05 on. Less rules more like the 90s and more like the 90s car too. Rockingham more tracks like that back. Less 1.5 mile tracks. Change what they can do and not. And one thing that probably will never happen but what made nascar super popular was the danger weather people think that’s true or both the danger is what made it huge and now that crowd is gone along with good racing so it kills off pretty much 75 percent of the crowd.

      Those gimmicks create artificial excitement. We all crave the authentic racing experience. Let's get rid of the chase, Give more points to race winners, race back to the yellow. Restart with lap cars on the inside. No lucky dog. Not sure about green white checker.
