Same here till I hit 50. I have metal in my back and no hip for now due to a hip replacement that got infected. The pain I've been through would kill most men. It all came on with no warning so take care of yourself.

I of course don't do the crazy shit he does but I still play contact sports at the age of 40 and to me the initial pain of getting hit in the mouth or tackled or thrown on your head is the same as it was when I was in my teens and early 20s but the recovery is much worse. Like when I wake up the next day and sometimes multiple days later I can totally feel it where as before unless I pulled a muscle or broke something I felt no worse for wear after.
