They seem to market to the Funk & R&B market , and it would no doubt be great for that.Funny thing that the buffer ,being designed to work with Fuzz, loses some of that gut and pulp ideal for trashy garage Rock .(Despite the sneakers, not hearing much "grunge" here.) Even Dunlop are making some flexible designs now, finally catching up the defunct Fulltone, but personally, wah is an effect that I prefer simple, like Vox or Teese. And I'm not sure why you'd put a wah on the board, unless you wanted to showboat a little higher off the stage.
I'm actually about to check out the BMF Wah. It's a pretty amazing design - it has swappable circuit boards too so you can interchange different Wah eras. I just saw it at NAMM and was pretty impressed. More to come on that one.
great vid, great playing, inspiring. C stand. tuning? great!. The wah somehow reminds me of a colorsound I used to have in the eighties. (Still have it come to think of it but its been broken for decades)
@@markhopkinsmusic I did a massive Wah search in NYC and the (5) that I narrowed it down to were: Fulltone Clyde Deluxe (I own a 2009), MXR/CAE 404, Xotic, Teese RMC10 and Budda. My top (2) the Fulltone and the Teese equally.
Sweet playing dude! Just picked one of these up and found my way here. Keep on rocking!
Thanks so much for taking the time to watch it!
I think this is the best demo of the xotic wah. Pro playing here
Dude-play da damn ting,already!!
Been looking for a wah and this video sold me on this one.
I love it! It’s the only way I use anymore!
Nice playing and tones! For the next video you can do a demo of your chair squeaky wah tones. Be a nice shootout against the Xotic. Haha.
Lol

I don't particularly like wahs, but this one might change my mind.
It’s pretty dope! I haven’t had a Wah on my board in a while but this is going on for sure.
I haven't owned a wah since I was 16, but I'm thinking I might need one again
Hi! Is the compression we hear from the video in youtube or is there a compressor pedal after the wah?
No compression pedal, must be RUclips. I love this Wah, it’s still on my board.
Just a question, what strings do you use on that tele? I see you have a wound G
16-64 It's beefy, but it's in C Standard so it feels like 11s or so.
Thank you
How does this wah compare with ur Buddha ... ?
I haven't A/B'd them yet- but that's a good followup video!
@@markhopkinsmusic Throw-in the Fulltone Clyde Deluxe - too. Now that would be a great comparison.
@@michael_caz_nyc I’ve never tried one of those; I’ll see if I can get my hands on one.
