First saw Queen way back in 73 when they supported Mott the Hoople, at the time I had no idea who this band was, we used to go to see top bands of the day once a month and never thought that highly of support bands until I saw Queen, the stage was dark and the start of Now I'm Here cut through that darkness, with a few flashes of light on Freddie until the "I'm just a...." where the stage just lit up and you just knew that this was going to be a world class band, my love for Queen started that night and has never diminished. Saw them many times after that and feel so lucky I did, what times my generation lived through.

Really excited for this new series! So interesting to hear about their rehearsals and soundchecks etc. Saw QAL last summer twice in Finland, the final 2 nights of their Rhapsody tour. The best concerts of my life! EVERYBODY from teens to grandmothers was dancing and singing along. It was beautiful!
