Sacramento's homeless population has grown into communities. It's so sad😢
I am from Vienna even i know that Californias rents are extreme, no wonder there are so many people homeless.
Why so sad? they are getting what deserve for killing innocent civilians abroad .
It’s democrat’s that caused it. Lol
All democrat area are like this.
@@ibobeko4309 its not about rent u literally can just go work to mcdonalds and pay rent and feel good cuz its america its about those people-trash
Thanks for the 'walk'. It was very interesting.
Nice looking trees, quite a few nice trees in that area.

AWESOME VIDEO GUYS THANK FOR THE VIDEO 😎🚀🌎
Thanks for watching Linda 😊
No matter which neighborhoods in USA I watch videos of, there’s always some dam fine cars driving around, lol. Great video.
Yup they squat in abanfoned houses but drive Beemers very often.
Cool which car did you notice?

prolly dealers or pimps :D
And the saddest part is, only a few blocks away, there lives multi millionaires and celebrities. With all of their fortune just mins away from this suffering. And yet, they turn a blind eye.
It's a toss up between SF & Sacramento & LA with the homeless & drugs.
I live here for over half my life, but people who have never been here, still think we are a picture post card early 2000 kind of state. We can't judge any state by their postcards anymore.
These people are responsible for this life . Human is strong person 🙏
I'm surprised you made it out of there with a camera.

Looks nice!!
This isn't just a scene in Skid Row of L.A. The same scene is everywhere in L.A. The entire city looks like this.
Brentwood doesnt look like this. Parts of the entire city looks like this especially Hollywood and freeway underpasses
That is sad. What the hell and you guys still believe you are the greatest nation on earth??
Still not as bad as Philly tho.
The entire city is not exactly like this. Much of it is yes but this is litteraly skid row, where its most concentrated.

Can you please do one in Hollywood Blvd at night when its raining!! I just saw your down town los angeles at night raining video and i fell in love with it. And now i want to see how Hollywood Blvd would extremely look like at night while its raining!! Or after it rained; just the ground being wet!! Basically like your other video but in Hollywood blvd!🥺💕
"it never rains in southern california, oh man didnt they warn ya? When it rains, maaaaan it pours."
It rarely rains in LA but I'll to make it when it does!
No matter if it's bone dry or wet or whatever it's still a hell hole
the rain really brings out the piss smell downtown

Wow, it's actually clearing up. Of course it has to do more with gentrification of the area then help to the hopeless and homeless. Most of these people have been invited to go somewhere else. I've lived in LA all my life and this area used to be like another world and much larger and dense.
No, not clearing up. These aren't the areas where all the homeless, addicts, tents, and trash are concentrated.
@Admire .. I'm not seeing that, nor does the evidence (homelessness, arrests, etc) support it. Where can I find such statistics?
🤔
@hgrunt from the vaccine?
I've been to CA while in the Navy around 2005. Nothing like this. There are camps where I stay now, but this is a whole new level.
The homeless situation started getting bad in California around 2009-2010.
Los Angeles used to be so beautiful back on the 40s and 50s now is like the living death. Shame. Shame.
If you're going to take a vacation and tour homeless rows, don't waste your time with LA. Oakland has the finest, most sprawling, infested, grungy, dangerous and amazing homeless villages you'll ever lay eyes on.
Вот она какая на самом деле американская мечтая!
The American nightmare.

I drove around Oakland last week after not having been there in at least 5 years and the homeless situation seemed just on the other side of true anarchy and a problem that has become so all encompassing that it's not realistic to think about it as a true solvable problem much like the desire for world peace. I think closer to the truth is that the encampments will gradually drive out people that just want to get away from the reality of the problem and more and more property and real estate will be taken over and turned into encampments. Movies that highlight the decline of society in the future is happening real time in front of our collective eyes.
Look ask yourself the question..the wealthiest nation on earth that has spent trillions making war, supporting war, starting war has this problem. If you have had trillions to spend on nam, afghan,Iraq,Israel, Ukraine,Taiwan.. why can't you look after your own first.
@@1bz2002 war = $$

it is like this in all major cities in California

Government should make good policy for these people and lifestyle these people 🙏🙏🙏
Guy, the government is funded by us (the taxpayers) and I'd rather to keep my money than give it to others. The government is already taking enough. If you want a "good lifestyle" for these people, invite them to your house and you pay for it.
@@robinstewart6510 That's the spirit. A true American! No empathy whatsoever for anybody but your sorry ass-self. See you in 10 years, when there's going to be a civil war knocking at your door.
The monsters do love causing suffering. When do we want to address the problem of brokenness without hope? The issues do not go away, and not everyone has been able to be master of their circumstances. It is easy to say this would never happen to me, so their must be something fundamentally wrong with these people. If we loose our compassion and empathy, then we become like the monsters.
this is GOD wrath and punishment, for what americans did around the world wars bombing narcotica trafficking. it all comes back to you now . and it will be worse.
I've addressed the "problem of brokenness" in my life. Your "compassion and empathy" (a.k.a. taking my money) would undermine that. If you're so concerned, invite them to your house and you pay for it.
i love this area
*4 of 4* The homeless can simply move the tents they are using now into the homeless-village and the RVs are assigned a parking space. *Or the **_Shelter 100,_** provided by FEMA,* is a $9,500 shelter that is climate controlled, built in one hour, is 100 sq. ft., and uses a folding bunk system to house up to four beds. *_Pallet Shelter's_* private sleeping cabins offer *security* and durability. Which addresses the concerns of the homeless who reject the restrictions of “bed-only” homeless-shelters; for only one night.
👋 Mike
LA is a place I hope to never step foot into again.
lol. I live in brazil and even here there isn’t a lot of barracks on the street for homeless people, only in the largest capitals. That’s so strange to see. Is it only on this neighborhood or all around the city?
I used to walk down Venice Blvd at night where it intersects Sepulveda. No one was there under the freeway overpass. In the last 10 years it's now solid encampment both sides. Just Sad.
what would happen with those people if all of drugs just disappear one day? so sad..
I would believe in miracles.
Is it just me or does it look like less homeless than say a year ago. I havent been DTLA in over a year. I stopped going shopping down there cause I just didnt feel safe. It looks cleaner. Is it cleaned up alittle?

The City of Los Angeles mayor is responsible to clean his occupied territory to relocate homeless where the newly built building homeless shelters, what happen now? It's really sad, if the Mayor can't resolve homeless crisis throughout the City of Los Angeles great devastated destroying the beautiful view into hell nightmares. It breaks my heart for the homeless lost everything in their life due to expensive rentals and property tax. The social services should take care to drive throughout Los Angeles to manage resolve clean up operation to put trash bin to homeless area to keep their place clean.
I think heres just too many. And theres lots of crazy people who dont want help. You cant force them into housing.
This is what a third world country looks like. The US is a third world country. On one side of the city you've got the richest houses of them all, and on the other side, you have this. There's nothing a mayor can do about this. This is the result of decades upon decades of capitalism. Decades upon decades of no social safety net, no proper healthcare system, no education system... And this will only get worse, all around the US.
Los Angeles it’s getting a little bit better 🙏🏾😊

Destroyed lives and homelessness, is a terrible problem in my country, Scotland. Its everywhere and its a tradgedy for society, all that human capital wasted, on the alter of class society and the dogma of free markets etc. We all once lived in tribal societies, where we all looked out for one another. Capitalism at its extreme, leads to the alienation of us all, from one another. These victims are us and we need to help those people, no matter how hard it is.
Shocking, poor people, can not believe nobody can help them.
Feel blessed was born in Polish Republic of People.

Land of the Free... you can live on the street. Looks like Philly, except there is no overhead rail.
And you're free to not live on the street. Millions upon millions have succeeded in doing just that.
@@robinstewart6510 40,000,000 Americans rely on welfare to be fed. Guess thats more 'first world' than starving. America has spent the last 2 decades bombing the shit out of the less fortunate around the world... yet RUclips shows Americans who might as well be in the third world for all the job opportunities they have. 'Houston we have a problem'.
@@mukhumor .. Guy, we have over 335 million Americans, so you're 40 million is not all that impressive, especially when at least half of those should not be on welfare. The job opportunities are immense, as are the opportunities to start your own business. The only real problem we have is naysayers like you, who whine & gripe rather than contribute to the solutions.
@@robinstewart6510 Yeah right Chapo. Some of those people are amputees so I imagine the job opportunities are more limited. P F of Parts A-F The homeless-shelters are powered and heated with butane and solar-panels, depending on how well the infrastructure held up, which are integrated into the construction of the _homeless-shelters._ Which are a dry, clean, safe place to sleep, and store their stuff. People from the city drive out to the *Homeless-Shelter-Villages* [HSV] to pick up food bank food; because that is where the food banks and free-ice machines are located.
homeless people are gods children to help them or leave them alone

*1 of 4* Cities can eliminate homeless tent encampments by replacing them with *Homeless Shelter Villages* [HSV] using _Pallet Shelter's_ existing *Homeless Shelter Village* [HSV] components. The _Community Room_ sells for $37,000 and serves as a shared laundry room, restaurant, *child daycare center,* and addiction services center. The _Bathroom_ cost $35,000 and the _Services Office_ costs $9,000. So for only $81,000 a city can establish a *Homeless Shelter Village* [HSV]. The 10'X10' *Camping Cube Sport Pop Up Tent* costs only $120 provides protection from the elements; for two people and their belongings.
