I've been to CA while in the Navy around 2005. Nothing like this. There are camps where I stay now, but this is a whole new level.

Only sad part is the state and government officials that let the homeless situation get to this point,..no excuse in this society we live in,...open arms and borders for people from all over the world and ignore Americans. That were born here,,,,,not going to change because none of them care.....

Some people are just not suited to live in a normal and more orderly environments no matter what you try to do to help them to get out of this lifestyle they will eventually go back...

Amazing how things change in just a few blocks. Now work in Century City but worked in DTLA for years and it’s actually grown a lot and is not bad. This dude literally strolls through the absolute worst part of the entire city.

Ca has a high income tax rate, plus property tax, plus health tax, sales tax, lots of other fee, and the list goes on. So where are these money going to? Living in Los Angeles is already expensive, this is not sustainable. The working and tax paying citizens will give up and move out. Just like a lot of us did during 2020. Not gonna be surprised if this city turns into another Detroit.
