Morara is only 28. His beyond his years in wisdom. The way he answered the question on Jimmy Wanjigi on what he thinks about him was really impressive. Remember Jimmy is a controversial figure with so many complexities and Morara was able to go through a maze and come out without throwing jimmy under the bus but put a caution mark.

Kenyans in the Diaspora - I imagine approximately 80% of you send money to Kenya to support/ help a relative every once in a while, If the Government wasn't stealing the taxes were being put into the right usage - Systems would be working and everyone would be living a decent life and not have to wait to be supported

Yes corruption affects even us people in Diaspora in many ways and it's high time we stand together and end this madness. It's sickening day in day out for years for Kenyans to live in their own country like refugees. The worthy leaders never really come out because Kenyans are known to vote with emotions and tribalism. Unless we change we will always complain. Imagine if all diasporans could just give $5 a month or more if you can which is equivalent to a cup of capuccino and send it to Morara. The biggest foreign exchange earner for Kenya is remittances from Diasporans. We have a responsibity to our country. Now when you send money home, take $5 dollars and donate to Morara fund. This money can be used even to fund candidates of good moral character. We keep talking about being singapore. We will never get there until we solve our internal management problems by having a President all the way down to MCA of the highest moral chracter

Kenyans is diaspora plays a vital role when it comes to boosting the countries economy. Annually, an average of 80 billion Kenyan shillings is pumped into the countries economy through remittances.
Ruto's corrupt regime is not only destroying the countries but chasing this this group of investors out of the country. Soon, if things don't change, am of the opinion that diaspora kenyans should find other avenues to invest their hard earned income in their residence country as a measure to cripple rutos government financially. We have to force ruto out of government by any means necessary. Period

A Belgium bank financed a soyabean factory through ICDC in 1980s to the tune of 2.1ksh billion. I mean 2 billion in the 1980s . That project never took off and treasury paid off the loan through the years. The two persons principals were late Nicolas Biwot and a mzungu called Savage whose family was running a number of factories in industrial area. I served as Economist in Treasury 1980s but walked out in 1990 and never went back.
I bet there are numerous skeletons of projects that were launched but never completed.

Anybody can be a leader. Look at Linet Toto, never had money but became woman rep for Bomet county, there is Murigi for Igembe South mp had a similar experience. This can be done.
