    The turntable at GWR swindon is still there, but sadly in a poor state, as an employee at GWR and young man in my early 20's i watched it being used many times marveling at how just 2 men could mover such immense machines with relative ease. fond memories.

    Is there still a Turntable in situ at St. Blazey? I seem to recall it being maintained by DB Cargo and occasionally used to turn steam locos visiting the Duchy.
