What a great work has the team behind WiiLink done. Even though this was a dead channel created in mind of only Japanese users, it can still work on west, and allow Wii to feed you.

Because the Wii shop is discontinued. It would be illegal to buy games on the wii without that money going to Nintendo. If any profits were to be made, Nintendo would strike down homebrewing

Have to admit, I didn't expect this app to *actually interface with the Dominos site* to load the menu and properly compile an order. Had to have been a crapton of manual work. I also wonder if it will continue to work if Dominos redesigns their website, as I don't think they have a publicly available API?
They have an undocumented API which is definitely more reliable than scraping the HTML, but it's still subject to break/change without notice if Domino's decides to change how it works

Honestly, this sounds like an amazing idea for building good habits. I'm imagining if I owned a house with an arcade room, I'd put the wii there, and it'd be the dedicated pizza delivery box. If you want pizza, you have to go to the pizza spot in the arcade room and use the wii to order it. It's fun and stops you from ordering pizza when you don't actually want it or need it

I can't help but imagine Nintendo bringing this back in a way, especially since ordering delivery online has changed a lot since the Wii era (Something like Doordash or any other 3rd party delivery service being available on the Switch.) While we don't have a Domino's Pizza in my hometown anymore, I do know some people in my family, that live in towns/cities that do, and also have a Wii. While it is incredible that this channel can now be used internationally, it is kind of funny that is it's availability is the complete opposite of its availability in 2009. And it doesn't even need an NTSC-J (Japanese) Wii? It is pretty amazing that it can now be used on PAL (Europe, UK, & Australia), and NTSC-U (North American) consoles with this revival project. I hope more restaurants are supported for North America soon. You know, This was quite the video to watch!

Big whoop- my grandma's phone is even older and still can order pizzas pretty easy. Even the buttons for the pizza place are stuck down so it's always ready to call them.

Big whoop- my grandma's phone is even older and still can order pizzas pretty easy. Even the buttons for the pizza place are stuck down so it's always ready to call them.

A bit difficult to set up, but now I can order pizza from my decade old Wii. I will always order Dominos this way now, I don't care if it's not the easiest way to order pizza, especially with how shaky my hands are, but it is way more fun than ordering on my phone.
