Thank you for explaining the beginning techniques in note taking. It’s helpful to know that by identifying the idea, breaking the information into chunks which can be considered as the idea, is crucial when taking notes. Along with the SVO units. Thank you for the short intro

It depends, but it definitely takes hundreds of hours of practice. I would practice at ESIT generally twice a day, five days a week, each time for an hour or two, and it took me a year. But much of that was related to improving my language skiils. I was not a professional interpreter yet. If your languages are already solid, it would take less time. Keep checking my videos and view those on practice. I hope this helps :)
