RM is a spokesman for the group in contacts with the company. If there is a problem, rumours etc. he gets the most heat. If there is a conflict in the group, he needs to solve it. He is the rock for all the members! He's not the oldest in the group so it may be a bit uncomfortable for him to address issues with his hyungs (Jin, SUGA and J-Hope).
