For me he deserves every success. Been loving him in movies for over 35 years.
He is a great stunt man too 👍🏻 I love his movies 😃
Wait until you hear about his religion :*(
@zachansen8293 I know plenty thanks. As far as his working life goes, I'm a big fan. Don't pay attention to the rest. Obsessing over celebrities private lives is for empty heads.
You people just love praising human garbage types like Tom, and you do it so openly and proudly, fuckin weird.
He hasn't aged visibly at all which is amazing in and of itself.
The reason he is a brilliant actor, is that if nothing else, he shows-up prepared.

He wasn't flying solo. No doubt, preflight was done by the person flying with him. Tom Cruise knows his shit. Make no mistake about that.
There is a co-pilot who was there before him, and this is also an edit.
He is constantly trying to do better and help those around him be their best. What could be more necessary.

Well said mate ! Last year I’ve been forced to sell my Volkswagen Passat blue-motion built in 2013 year (still in excellent condition) because it didn’t qualify for ULEZ. I bought this car brand new in 2013 and had a very strong bond with it. I bought it because Volkswagen told me this car has an increased fuel efficiency and much lower emissions.

Not defending TC because…
I flew helicopter scenic tours on the island of Kauai in a AS-350. I was in the right seat.
As a Helo pilot, I can really appreciate his taxi and take off.......smooth, but with plenty of power as he climbs away from the hover. This man has skills.
Your mom has skills. I appreciate her hawk tuah when she spits on that thang
Does anyone live a better life than Tom Cruise? Flying helicopters, planes, arriving on Ducatis and in Veyrons, and at all the top events. I'd swap one day and it would be the best day of my life.
It does sound very exciting for sure. I have no doubt he has problems just like everyone else…they are different problems and stresses but they exist nonetheless…Imagine never knowing if people are hanging out with you for YOU or because you’re famous. He will never know….

The thing about Cruise is…he not only talks the talk but walks the walk. Short of actually being in the military…he has done literally everything he can do to make the character he plays into reality….the Steve McQueen of the next generation…after SMcQ….

STEVE LOVED LADIES.....
When they have millions they don't care. He wants to enjoy himself at all cost never mind the planet.
I always did a preflight before flying my helicopter.
Me too, I guess the ground crew did it for him. It's good to be rich, but I would still feel better if I checked the machine over myself before flying it.
My first thoughts also. Never trust someone else’s judgment on safety.
Alec could learn something here and he just got off a murder charge. Guilty.
I’m actually more impressed when I see him running.
And even when he receives injury, he jeeps on running, 😳🤯😎🤘
Just one quick observation, being a pilot of over 45 yrs in all types of aircraft, you always do a walk around and thorough pre-flight before jumping in and firing off the power plant. I don’t care if you’re rich and have a dozen folks assisting you getting your aircraft ready to fly. It’s your responsibility to perform the complete checklist before, during and after any flight. Yes, he is a great aviator and has a long history in this profession, but……
He’s got people doing it for him…..
How awesome was that. How quick was the walk around he was like the flash. Nice flying Tom Cruise 😊
He is like the main character of life..

The european squirrel is probably the most beautiful helicopter of the light helicopters.
It is amazing that this is a 50 year old design (and still in production). It looks as modern as they come, it could have been designed yesterday. Aerospatiale hit the nail on the head with this one.
@@coriscotupinot without its wrinkles though. it’s a maintenance engineers nightmare
Just. Go. Fly. Away. 😂👍🏻
First thing I notice is he got right into the heli without the pre-flight inspection... something that every pilot does every time they get in to their aircraft to fly. Its an unbreakable rule. So..... either he is incompetent for not doing the inspection or the guy with him was the actual captain, who did the pre-flight when the video was edited, and we dont see him walk around the chopper before getting in.
Oh I thought I was going to see Tom jump from the helicopter....
@@kevinn1158 You can watch that in cinema 😂🤣😄

He can't do anything without looking super intense & focused.
I did one lesson in a cesna single prop plane I wished I had got my license, well done Tom😊
I wonder what that bit of loose gaffer tape is … that’s flapping around just below the rotor housing?
It's likely a seal strip between the housing plates, they do occasionally come free, but it's not any major concern.
Besides, with Tom in control I'm fairly confident he could crash it, upside down and Still walk casually away, The Legend, 😎🤘
I don’t want to ever hear Tom Cruise lecturing anyone about the dangers of “climate change”……🤬

A typical mission impossible day. Strange it didn't have a second windshield wiper. I would have thought he would have been in a more expensive helicopter. I loved how nice he was to the crew. Was in Jersey with the big wigs leaving the stadium and helicopter coming in. Really cool. Tom might be able to pull off doing a remake of airwolf.
Im thrilled when fly my RC helicopter
Nice and clean, smooth
Tom is a fist-bumper, met him on the line at TIA went to shake hands and he fist bumped, oops. he had a G-4. didn't fly it. knew he was a good pilot as he flies a P-51, never knew he flew helicopters but it makes sense.
He actually flew all of those helicopter scenes in Mission impossible. Unbelievable. I’ve been flying helicopters for 40 years now and I don’t think I could do what he did.
He probably started out shaking hands and ended up with too many colds.
@@jimteegarden9250 Any Idea why he is flying Rt seat/ Co-Pilot, Is he a CFI too?
@@JayS-bf3bv helicopters pilot in command is right seat. This is the same model helicopter (I believe) he flew in one of the MI films and he went to Airbus school to actually learn how to do the stunt flying.
Yes, Pilots in command are always sitting on the right seat. The reason is: Helicopters typically put PIC on the right because it is easier to manipulate cockpit controls with the left (collective) hand while keeping right hand on the cyclic (as is required with helicopters, letting go of cyclic in certain flight regimes without using some sort of trim mechanism will usually result in less than desirable flight attitudes, the same can't be said for most airplanes).
Tom Cruise #1 😎
Tom cruise❤❤
Would love to see Tom Cruise and Red Bull pilot Aaron Fitzgerald do a helicopter show together. Would be so cool.
Chuckle, i used to pass that heliport everyday for a while as a young 15 year old Apprentice. If it is where i think it is I see its called the London heliport now but im pretty sure it was called Westland at one time. NO pre-flight?
You’ll notice it has been edited. I think that is exactly what they cut out.
I bet the guy in the back seat did the walk-around and rest of the pre-flight. Rich is having someone else do the boring stuff. Smart is making sure that guy is on the flight...
He can fly a helicopter better than he can act 😂
Tom has good taste in helicopters. The AS350B3, best machine ever. The same stock standard model that made it to the summit of Everest, a feat no other helicopter has accomplished before. Bit rough on the pedals on liftoff, but overall not bad handling😉
What a life.
Perfectly created

Smooth operator
Is that his safety pilot with him?
I hope the left seater was proficient. That shaky pickup to a hover, high and inconsistent hover taxi, and those pedal turns and takeoff suggests he's not ready for an emergency in that bird. I'm glad he's an aviator but I see way to many overconfident folks kill themselves and their passengers when the rare malfunction or bad weather gets the best of them, especially in a helicopter.
He is so cool he probably pilots on uncle cid
Great T/O 👍
No preflight of any kind. Not the kind of pilot I want to ride with
Time for Cole Trickle to make a return!
Best actor ever ✅
he fools people that he is half way decent so yeah have to agree
I wouldn’t do it how much total time does he have in that particular helicopter?
Hopefully his pre-flight was edited. I’m confident he’s a safe pilot.
Yeah, even if one does a preflight beforehand, you never, and I mean NEVER just hop into the cockpit without doing a final walkaround of the ship to verify for items like that the cowling or baggage compartment latches are secured, fuel cap secured, blade tiedowns removed, engine inlet covers removed, etc. Human factors kill.............
Haha yup . Might get away with it for 20 years , but you might not too . Did a quick walk around years ago on a jet ranger . Had just had a track and balance and was about to go on a circuit.before being signed off . A bolt hadn’t been fastened. properly and had gone through a tail rotor blade like a bullet . If that blade had failed in flight , it may have been catastrophic . Never rely on anyone else to do a pre flight .
Something flapping by the rotor head engine cowl .
