Sorry for the quality! Was such a Humid day that it fried my brain but I got there in the end. ( sort of )
Ingredients:
1 lb Fusilli Pasta
1 Shallot
Red onion
Basil
Dijon Mustard
Balsamic Vinegar
Light olive oil or any neutral oil
Chorizo ( you can choose what ever meat you desire )
Half a Cucumber
Cherry tomatoes
Stuffed green olives
Black olives
Red onion
mozzarella pearls
Salt and Pepper
Parmesan Cheese
