I'm sure she was exhausted and had been there for the full event and did stay for the photographers to get their pictures, and she was ready to go. Selma was a bit aggressive by grabbing and turning Nicole for more pictures. She was trying to direct Nicole physically. You can hear Selma say, "Yes,I need advice." Nicole responded, "No, you don't need any advice." She has been through a lot over the last few years with her mother's declining health and all of her film projects. Hayek is close to Tom Cruise and sometimes posted photos of him greeting on his birthday, maybe that's why. Kidman could have just not shove Hayek's hand not like that, she's rude and acting like a diva.
