As mother I always tell my daughter never to hate her dad. Her dad was there when she was born but hasn't been in her life. He's so involved in himself and drugs .I just don't want her to have hate. She carries his last name cause that what he filled out. I couldn't not tell her to change it cause that part of her. She has a half brother that hate their father. Her father owns lots of child support. She's 29 and I have raised her to loving. When she does see him she will say hello. May God give them peace.

I remember when Brad took both boys to Help the victims of Katrina. They spent quality dad son time helping to build cottages for the homeless from the floods Pitt was a good man.
The entire family has trauma experiences. Multiple cultures, parents who are famous, and substances abuse. These can be difficult to navigate. The high profile divorce divorce, entertainment world, extensive travel, long work schedules, caregivers, etc. Media should back off. And BOTH parents need to stop talking about these kids. Compare famous actors who keep the kids protected from the media vs parents who play the drama out in the media.
Parents should not alienate their children or expose their children to unnecessary pain. That type of spousal aggression creates such long term damage. It seems Jolie now uses the children against their father. It seems both adults have their own issues, and neither should use their children as weapons/pawns in the marriage dissolution process. How can people say they want to "help" orphans when they request only young, healthy ones? The healthy children have a better chance of blending in to society in their countries than people with special needs do. We adopted a little boy with clubbed feet from Vietnam...easily fixed here, but not there. He would have likely grown up to be a street beggar if left in his birth country. Our friends adopted a little boy who was born missing his arms and lower legs. He's a young adult now, thriving here in the US.
Children his age aren’t stupid. If a parent has issues, they are fully aware of those issues. It has been rumored and admitted by Pitt that he has substance abuse issues. The mere fact that she was dragging those children through this never ending divorce tells me the children were never of utmost concern this divorce should have been handled quietly by their attorneys and the children should have stayed completely away from the drama. As mother I always tell my daughter never to hate her dad. Her dad was there when she was born but hasn't been in her life. He's so involved in himself and drugs .I just don't want her to have hate. She carries his last name cause that what he filled out. I couldn't not tell her to change it cause that part of her. She has a half brother that hate their father. The entire family has trauma experiences. Multiple cultures, parents who are famous, and substances abuse. These can be difficult to navigate. How can people say they want to "help" orphans when they request only young, healthy ones? The healthy children have a better chance of blending in to society in their countries than people with special needs do. We adopted a little boy with clubbed feet from Vietnam...easily fixed here, but not there. He would have likely grown up to be a street beggar if left in his birth country. Our friends adopted a little boy who was born missing his arms and lower legs. He's a young adult now, thriving here in the US.

She’s been committed to those children from day one! Anyone who has teenagers knows that there is no telling them what to believe, and much less what to feel about anything anymore! You can no longer pull a wool over their eyes as you did when they were little. They can simply see and remember well! All those painful memories, of experiences they endured as little children, come back with a vengeance to haunt them! They analyze them through more grown up eyes, and begin to judge for themselves what really went on. Angelina as a mom, supports them and gives them the freedom to express their feelings, but the last thing she would EVER want, is to hurt them by depriving them from a relationship with their dad! She would much rather watch her children enjoy their fathers’ company and his love! Unfortunately though, Brad shot himself in the foot! His teenage children remember too much too well all his narcissistic behavior, and there’s no covering that up! They lived it. They saw it. The man is a great actor, but he was just not much of a dad. He was a pothead and an alcoholic with a dirty mouth and a short fuse. HE HIMSELF made it very difficult for those children to grow up, to look up to him and respect him! As parents, the painful reality is that WE REAP WHAT WE SOW! Therefore, blaming Angelina for the way those young people feel about their dad now, IS DOWNRIGHT LUDICROUS!!!

It's a natural law, whoever denies his/her father or mother is placing self outside of the protector God gives to us, and therefore, you will find accident prone, and a life full of problems. I feel Pax's anger toward Pitt is way out of portion and some of this anger is directed to his biological father who he probably never met. His anger towards senior male is really a reflection of a subconscious hurt of being abandoned by his own biological parents. it's very unfair that Brad has to take all this punch. Jolie's many behaviors from adopting children to block Pitt from her children is her projection of her own parents' split up. She wants to redo what she couldn't fix for her parents. She will realize, in another 10-15 years, she would see her children suffer from harvesting their hatred toward their father. Look it up, this is called the effect of Bitter Root Judgement. Pax and whoever his sibling has the same attitude toward Pitt will have very difficult lives until they reconcile with their father.
All their money and access to medical care, yet they only wanted “healthy” children. Leaving more suffering children without any hope.
The mere fact that she was dragging those children through this never ending divorce tells me the children were never of utmost concern this divorce should have been handled quietly by their attorneys and the children should have stayed completely away from the drama. But Jolie needs drama. I feel sorry for Brad. But in a way he asked for it. I see Jolie as a beautiful but a very vengeful and to some extent even an evil person. Parading and dragging the children all over the world does not necessarily make a good mother.

Children’s impression of life before 12 doesn’t always reflect that actual experience, I’m sure Pitt and Joli weren’t happily married and inflicted emotional trauma to the whole family. I do believe the care giver contributes to the supposed experiences of childhood. I’m sure things weren’t good, but I’m getting the impression that the children’s influences are exasperated by their mother’s aggressive attitude towards her ex .
