Heat management is impressive on S24ultra. Good Job Sammy.

True but stability was 54% which is terrible so clearly Samsung is temperature throttling. That means that Samsung are not giving even close sustained performance for the chip. Not that this is unusual as smartphones have no fans so thermals saturate the phone quickly and no matter the marketing of vapour chambers, the truth is that all they do is push the heat from a hotter point to a cooler point and the phone will still heat up.
I certainly would not recommend anyone upgrading from the S23U to the S24U and would wait for TSMC 3nm N3E assuming Samsung does not dump Exynos chips in the S25U. We should see more efficiency gains.

The chipset is not the same as s24 ultra is using an over clocked version of 8 gen 3, and due to that, both cpu and gpu frequencies have increased.
