    [Spicy stir-fried Pork Ingredients] - 2 servings -
    Ingredients: 400g Sliced Pork, 1/2 Onion, 10 Perilla leaf, 1/2 Green onion, 1 Green chili pepper, 1 Red chili pepper, Sesame
    Spicy Sauce: 3tbsp Gochujang(Red pepper paste), 3tbsp Cooking wine, 2tbsp Soy sauce, 1tbsp Red pepper powder, 2tbsp Oligosaccharide, 1tbsp Oyster sauce, 1tbsp Sugar, 1tbsp Minced garlic, 1tbsp Sesame oil, 1/4tsp Ginger powder, Pepper
    [Instruction]
    1.Cut pork into bite-sized pieces. Thinly slice onion and perilla leaves, then cut red chili pepper sideways.
    2.Mix all the ingredients for seasoning in a medium-sized bowl. Put the pork and rub well with the spices. Add onion and spring onion, then marinate for 20 minutes.
    3.Put oil on a pan and stir-fry. When the meat is completely cooked, add cheongyang pepper, red chili pepper and sesame oil, and mix well.
    4.Place the pork on a plate, and garnish with sliced perilla leaves and sesame seeds.
