My dog has tested positive with babesia gibsoni through PCR test a month back and my vet has provided triple antibiotics medication for 21 days and post that his reports are again positive so my vet asked us to continue the same medication for next 3 weeks. But I am very much concerned. Can u please help me

Additionally give vitamin D3 60000u oral solution once a week and continue till six weeks along with shelcal 500mg tablet once a day for one month.

Sir my dog weight 5kg and age 3 yrs breed Lhasa apso male. My dog vomit 5 days and doctor advice rl and antibiotics.. It continue for 5 days.morning and evening. But can't stop vomiting and sometimes it gain fever and his back leg is weak and shake after that doctor advice some test. i.e
Blood serum tested positive for babesia sp infection
BUN - 12.44
CREATININE - 0.75
SGOP/AST - 88.17
SGPT/ALT - 33.4
After that doctor advice imizet injection 0.3 ml. After giving injection dog vomiting 8-9 times doctor advice give him evil 0.5ml and ondem 0.5 ml .
Next day he vomit in morning 3 times and give him stemetil 0.5 ml and some vitamin injection. Sir pls tell me his treatment is good or not and advice me I give gravy and white egg with rice or not. My dog is not eating. His urine is good. What can I do.
No there are some basic mistakes is there in the treatment. Ist the viral infections need to be subsided, then the imidocarb is to be given at last.
