3-Merging \ matching accounts and testing

In this part (part 3 of this series), i wil perform merging a\ matching and then we will test the results for soft and hard matching to ensure that Cloud identities becomes Synced identities from On-Premises without losing any functionality. Also we will go through Azure AD connect settings.
