The price can’t be the same as when this was filmed. It is probably around $180,000 now.
Actually during Covid everything was higher. I wouldn’t be shocked if this home was lower.

Nice price! especially for drywall. Is it luxury no. But if your looking to downsize and don't want a mortgage it's a great deal. The main problem I see with these homes is the closet space is so limited.

“At the time of filming, December 4, 2020” I wonder what the increased percentage price of this home after three years?
Probably lower now as Covid spiked prices but you would need to call the dealer to check.
It will be a lot lower because it was made over 3 years ago meaning you will have to buy one used!
If this was filmed three and a half years ago why is it just now getting uploaded?
We lost this one in the backlog somehow. Model is still available to our knowledge and price may actually be cheaper with it not being Covid priced.
