thanks sis i was searching about f9 setup but this recording with iphone is exactly what i needed for my recorded audition
I have it already but didn't had a chance to make video yet on it. What I noticed on the F9 that I have-good for iPhone for recording or streaming. For android users, audio would be good if they use the OTG port. Since you are an iPhone user, connecting from Live 1 or 2 will have a good audio output.

this was a great video and amazing vocals! QUESTION; if you have the phone plugged in as you do in the video to the soundcard, will the recording use the phone microphone or the microphone attached to the sound card?
If you connect the phone to the live port of this sound card, it will record the mic connected to the sound card. If the recorded audio don't have effects like echo or can't record voice changer effect even if you set RECORD volume to high, then the issue could be the phone adapter. IF the adapter isn't the right one you will only record the mic from the phone not the mic connected from the sound card

I'm using Windows 7 system and using Cubase elements music production software for audio recording. I want to connect the mic and my guitar and record my voice and guitar over the Cubase backung track realtime. Is V9 compatible with Windows 7 and how can i connect my guitar to V9. Tnx

just bought this to play with, should connect via the internal battery and turn on and off with the v9 power button with a transistor to +- and an audio out socket , should enable me to use bose soundlink headphones

which one is better the v9 or the F998?
F998 is more stylish when it comes to the look. However I’d choose V8 as it has 2 mic input.
I was using laptop for backing track, first I connected only the micro USB however the backing track was not captured, then I used 3.5mm cable to Aux in Soundcard, it capture the backing track but the sound is very weak.
Connect the laptop to the sound card using the Micro usb to usb type A. If you're recording or streaming from that same laptop where the background music is coming from, make sure to turn on the Internal play (it should say "Internal opening") so it will capture the background music. If it's off, (it should say "internal closing") you are the only one who can hear your music but not your viewers or if you are recording-it will not record the music but only the audio from the mic.

For me the recorded audio is good. When there is a video of myself on the top right corner, I’m playing recorded audio on that part.

Hello sister, your presentations was really great. But I have a doubt. What type of dongle is that one connected to iphone you are using? Because the dongle that I have can only be used to take output from the iphone. But you are giving audio input to iphone using that dongle... Please clarify this, is there any setting that I have to change or should I purchase some dongle separately...

I used lightning audio adapter coz this iPhone doesn’t have an audio jack input. By the way please note not all lightning adapter works. If it’s the original when iPhone is purchased or from apple store, it will work, other lightning adapter is only for headphone adapter for listening only and it will not work for recording. No setting to change on the iPhone.

Sorry if I can’t really answer your question right now coz I don’t own one yet. I believed there are different kinds of Irig. Some Irig has phantom power in which needed for a condenser mic to work. You can try though and if it won’t work then you have to buy an adapter to connect to V9

I used V8 but when i connected to laptop sound output and input doesn't showing there, is there any problem with my sound card?
That happens sometimes. You can try to disconnect, turn off v8, then wait for maybe few seconds then it turn then connect to your laptop again. Let me know if it works.

I have v9 x Pro soundcard and there is not LIVE1 or LIVE2 port. There is AUX IN and Phone1 and Phone2 port. So I need to conect my Phone on soundcart. What port i will use?
Live 1 or Live 2 is equivalent to Phone 1 or Phone 2 in V9x Pro. Yes you may connect your device (could be phone, tablet or iPad) for streaming or recording. While Background Music to the AUX in our connect it using Bluetooth.

It has phantom power ?
Yes but I believed only for bm800 condenser mic only. You might need an external Phantom power for high end mic which requires 48v Phantom power.
Do i need phantom power with this sound card to use a condenser microphone ?
You don’t if you use an electret condenser mic like Bm800 condenser mic. You need it if you will be connecting a shure smb7, Rode NT1A, etc

Did you have the same set up as in this video? Or where is the background Music coming from? Were you using iPhone that needs lighting adapter coz the adapter could be the issue.

Kung set up mic nakaconnect sa mixer then, from mixer to music port ng V9, reverb or echo lang ng mixer gagana, pero kapag mixer to Mic port ng V9 both gagana ang echo or reverb ng mixer at V9.
My is k500 sound card but Music from pc not record, only my Voice recoded.
I don’t have k500 sound card yet. I don’t know yet what’s Play in and Interlinked does but I have a feeling that turning on one of them will let you record the music from your laptop if you’re recording to that same laptop.

Sorry I am not familiar yet on autodj mixxx. If it’s like audacity, to record, once it’s connected to the computer, you just have to change the mic input to V9 sound card.

ey i gott the same sound card and my problem is when i plug a mic in it (the mic came with the sound card in set) i already hear myself back, in windows i set everything ok so its the sound card i think. do you know how to turn of this?
So far I do not know how to turn it off. As far as I know, there is no direct monitoring with this sound card like in the focusrite.

You do not need any driver. Once you connect V9 to a laptop, it will automatically detects the V9. It's like plug and play kind a thing. Then from the laptop you just have to select your mic and speaker as the V9.

Yes that’s it. It’s a plug and play. I didn’t need a driver. Not sure if driver exists for v9.

Gamit ko laptop para sa live broadcast then my phone for the music background, pero hindi ako marinig sa ere..pero may incoming audio ako naririnig,wala lang outgoing from my headset mic.
Check nyo po ang audio setting nyo po sa laptop or sa live streaming platform na gamit nyo po. Check nyo rin ang connections sa laptop. Perhaps try recording muna sa laptop nyo po kung magrecord ba. Open built in camera of your laptop then record.
Salamat po..pero naiisip ko di kaya sa cable kasi 3.5 cable ang kasama sa box..tapos yung sa laptop usb,so if gamitin ko yung cable para sa charging ,di ko po magagamit sa Live 1 or Live 2 kasi 3.5 cable siya.
Ang need ko ata sa live yung 3.5 na may USB na partner para sa live.

Yes. When you connect the V9 to your Laptop, go to sound setting- Set input (Mic) as V9) and Output (Speaker) as built in speaker of your laptop.

Check nyo po baka nakababa ang music volume sa sound card kaya d narecord ang instrumental. Also please make sure nakataas ang Record volume. Sa setting sa laptop, check nyo rin po if nakaset ang speaker at mic sa sound card.

We haven't bought the sound card / mixer yet.. our requirement will be need to connect one keyboard + USB condenser mic .. So in that case, any suggestion or advice ..

There are lots of them to choose from. The reason why I like Maonocaster E2, Alabs Fxcaster coz it has separate input volume. Synido Live 100 is good too. One input volume but lots of input and out ports.

Sorry if you are not getting it. You’re probably thinking of complicated set up. Set up is very simple. If you forward the video to 5:15 the set up is right there. Perhaps you skip that part. Good luck!
