i really like this type of mods, till when we could replace files inside the game (like 3d files) will play it soon on XBSX2 Since it's a fork of PCXS2, it should be able to run the replacement right away

Hi man! I have a question, do you think it is possible to change the width of the wheels or move them a little further so that they stick out a little more from the fenders? I think this would improve the car look a little more, especially in the skyline or in the Gallardo where the wheels are located too far into the fenders im asking that because I saw some modified saves with cars with huge wheels or with parts that are not possible to install on some cars (my English is a bit broken, sorry)
it’s possible through editing game files, specifically the car you want in the tune folder. There’s a setting for ‘tireoffset’ which likely refers to what you’re talking about. I need to give it a try some time

Unfortunately, there's no way to put it in the aethersx2, right?, but you're doing miracles with your textures and modifications to the car's sound.
not really used it to unsure. it should be in theory if it has texture replacement
AetherSX2 have texture replacement function, possibly are possible.
