@@ArbitraryOutcome its possible to edit the spacing between wheels for cars, same with camber. i know how to do camber but not spacing, this is called tire depth
I don't recall ever seeing you comment this, but what program do you use to record such crispy footage? Also, what software do you use to edit the videos? Thanks, man. Good shxt as always.
Interesting textures, especially those of the engines , I don't know how to remove the hood of cars I also create texture Mods in these games, I'm playing the game again on my cell phone and I'll make more SkyBox and vinyl textures later
I'm inclined to ask something, please don't take it the wrong way, I'm simply curious. But... why must all the mods for this game I see out there remove the FMVs of the game? Is it only to reduce the filesize or what? If that is the issue, I mean, PCSX2 can do .chd, real hardware with OPL can do .zso, and even NTFS compression on top if done on Windows. I only ask because all my life I had a totally not legit copy without the FMVs and I never knew the game had a story, unlock videos and whatnot as a result, playing it again a few years ago on that 8GB+ ISO made me realise how much I had missed. Can a mod like this not be applied via an xdelta patch? I don't care for legalities, the more people enjoying this game, the better, so again I'm just curious.
hii thank you for your comment! no offence taken. can you please clarify on fmv? I have not come across this term before to answer your last paragraph, this specific mod here can’t be packed into an iso (at least at the moment). this is just done via texture replacement. I dumped existing textures and have them enhancements, same with vinyls. they are saved as .dds files. if what you’re getting to is full movie videos, cutscenes etc, on pirated copies these are usually removed to conserve space. there’s a lot of videos about this and i would recommend watching one relating to pirated GTA copies where the video creator talks about the various modded copies of GTA games and how modders/pirates used specific techniques to boil down game file size
@@almightypear You're correct, I do mean the movies/cutscenes. And I am aware as to why they are removed, DVD9 discs were more expensive and all that, but I meant your mod that you uploaded to the Nexus, not this one in particular. I downloaded an ISO that has all the FMVs, could you please use that for your mods? Your content is amazing, but sacrificing the videos, I don't want to. There's this mod that adds some new music, and it also removed all of the FMVs, and on my real PS2 it also caused the music volume to be extremely low. I'm happy to see the scene thrive for this game at long last, reminds me of the days where I'd hex edit my save to install carbon fibre hoods on cars like the Phaeton, and I was happy when I saw you have a video on that car. :) Cheers, my friend.
@@xGMV thank you :) unfortunately i am not the creator of that mod, the person who created it is Poly_G. he’s been made aware of the problem and unfortunately isn’t sure how to fix it. I don’t think the person who created the music mod does either
@@almightypear Thank you for your patience and replies! But, yeah I just don't know then, I thought using the 8GB ISO would fix this. How do you guys repack the ISO? Try doing it the "right" way using Sony's CDVD Gen tool, it's a bit longer but that should help. I know games like GTA 3 would not work if modified without it, for example.
@@dalelumina3 i think something called aethersx2 has texture replacement too. although id imagine it would work different because the psp game is heavily downscaled so using these textures would likely not align with the cars properly

These tailights are ”cut material" from the original game? or do you customize some files to then apply on them?
I made them myself
Oh ok. I thought they're unused material from the game. So the sound mod are also from your creation? never include in the beta files game?
