Filtering is done with charcoal powder and a sand filter after deacidifiction with lye. Mix and decant the water as contaminated waste which had to be boiled dry. DO NOT DUMP NEAR FOOD CROP AREAS.

Also the gases from production can be fed back into the fire to reduce the amount of firewood. You are using your production which is something many RUclipsrs are not, experiments for the sake of it are fine but I like what you are doing even if it is a simple setup

Hi you can use clay cat liter as a catalyst it speeds the whole process up and you don't get any solid. You should be done in 30 minutes with the catalyst and it makes a better product.
@@briannyika598 in the uk cheap cat litter is made from bentanit clay you can add it in with the plastic and it speeds up the whole process to about 20 to 30 minutes and it stops you getting eny solds theat clogs up the pipes in professional units they put it in a container with a site glass. in the outlet pip about two foot along the pipe and the gas passes through and gets cracked into smaller hydrocarbons theat are liquids IE petrol and diesel.
Depending on the type of plastic and the temperature and how air proof you get the chamber you will get about 50-90% oil. So, you add 1 kg of plastic you'll get roughly 0,5-0,9 liters of oil.

Charcoal be good. Coffee filter if available. Don't know where u are but willow charcoal is the best

You have to optimize your coolingsystem with cool floating water
It floating because hot water is go up and cool go down. This is the reason it start to floating without pump 😂

You need to clean it first. (With Lai or ash filter it an after wash an settle with water, separate the water and your done to run a diesel enginen.)
